The plaxe is hip and trendy, from previous review, we already learned that the menu would not be in English, however reviws were that good we could not resist.
The language barrier was solved by google translate and later by the 2^nd waitres we had a very good meal, at very reasonable prices,
However, I am a bit ashamed as I made currency conversion mistake and only tipped 38 czk… So need to go back to tip properly,

Unfortunately I am unable to rate the food at this place as the guy closed early. We went all the way from Old Town after looking this place up on Unilocal.Unilocal said this place closes at 11pm on Saturdays and the restaurant window stated a 10pm close time. But this guy closed at 8pm. So I would say the service is pretty bad and not consistent with the opening times. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this place again. Shame!

This is a small and quaint bistro that is located just away from the tourist crowd. With that comes a language challenge, as the menu is completely in Czech. No problem! Our waitress was happy to translate for us and the food was excellent. Service was a bit slow, but definitely glad we came. By the way, they only have one kind of beer, but it was great too!

We arrived in Prague and were too tired to walk far so decided on Centimetr which was very close to Flora Atrium Mall. Very quaint restaurant situated in a residential area.
Turned out the restaurant was excellent. They don’t have an English menu, but the owner was gracious enough to translate and make recommendations. The prices were very reasonable, from $ 10USD — $ 15USD. Quality of the food was great and very presentable.
Only knock off is there is only 1 hostess serving the entire restaurant and a lot of smokers (maybe a Czech thing though) .
Definitely would recommend it to friends visiting Prague. We had the recommended Grilled Pork, Sliced Beef, Pasta and Roasted Chicken.

Loved this place. Took the tram out from Praha 1, where we were staying as tourists in a very touristy area. It was great to get to a residential neighborhood instead of being surrounded by other tourists.
We went in summer so were able to sit out on the porch area in front, which had 5 tables. Great atmosphere and very nice food, and extremely reasonably priced. As another review mentions, there’s no English menu, so bring your Google translate.

Centimtr has 4 key things for a local place to eat. A sweet staff, a good lunch menu, amazing iced coffees, and it’s within walking distance from my flat. It’s definitely one of the best for a lunch in vinohrady!

At first I came fur the lunch menus only, which were delicious and great value — like salad with grilled salmon! So I only realized recently that it’s actually a hamburger place. Tried the centimetr burger and it was delicious. The outdoor seating and fresh made ice teas really makes this a great place to spend time. Free wifi

Excellent menu and excellent food. Very casual atmosphere. We saw the menu board outside featuring five different types of hamburgers. But to our dismay when we sat down inside we learned at lunchtime they serve a limited menu only and no hamburgers. So we decided to come back that night for burgers and we weren’t disappointed. They were fabulous. After dinner we took a peek at the next days menu and were so enticed that returned for lunch. Once again everything was terrific. Centimeter now on our short list of «go to» lunch and dinner local restaurants.
