We got a burger, hot dog, fish & chips and were extremely satisfied with everything! Fast service and they let us take our food to go. May go back again :)

We all got the halibut and chips. The outer batter was great but it wasn’t cooked all the way through leaving mush between the fish and batter. Tartar sauce was good. Chips were too. Peas had onions all in them… may be authentic but not pleasing with the fish. Atmosphere was good. No reservations needed. Good for kids. Casual dress

Ordered fish and chips and gave us a hot dog. Clearly heard us ask for fish and chips as it was my brothers first time eating them and he wouldn’t stop talking about eating fish and chips and when we got the hotdog they refused to acknowledge that we had a fish and chips order placed and they wouldn’t give us a refund. Would give one star but the hot dog was quite nice… even if we ordered and wanted fish and chips

Really good fish and chips. Trust me, my husband is English. Well, he has eaten a LOT of fish and chips in his time. We came here because of the reviews on Unilocal and we were sick of Czech food after several days. This was a perfect alternative. We made a reservation although it ended up not being necessary. We sat outside with a view down the beautiful street. Our service was really good. The fish and chips came out quickly and were light and delicious. The presentation of the food was great. It came on top of rocks and had seaweed and a little bamboo boat of mushy peas. Really cute. We enjoyed our food so much that we contemplated dining here a second time in our five days, but ended up at another equally fabulous restaurant. This place isn’t cheap like some of the other places you can find in Prague. It’s definitely in a tourist part of town, but I enjoyed the food and my strong US dollar made it very affordable. Feel like fish and chips? This place is definitely a winner.

Best hot dog ever ! No seriously, it was DELICIOUS ! The sausage is contained in a grilled butter brioche and covered in a fine pickle mix, a red caramelized onion sauce and rustic dijon mustard. Taste like heaven.

Last night in Prague, wanted to walk to a Mediterranean restaurant a mile away to get a nice walk, and have some great healthy food. Kabam! Thunder and pouring rain. So we walked across the street to OK rated Fish and Chips, but noticed food reviews were better than overall ratings. It was magic! Small, cool place. I confess I LOVE hotdogs. The hotdog here was 5 Star AWESOME! Toasted delicious bun, great dog, great spicy mustard and tangy ketchup, great pickles, I was in heaven! Maybe still am… My friend had grilled Cod, VERY healthy and nice petite portion for those not as hungry. Fries with garlic mayo– yummy! Would have given 5 stars overall, but the Brits next table over were rowdy and pretty obnoxious. Nothing to do, with food, was awesome! By end of dinner weather cleared and we took nice walk around old town and caught fireworks over Charles Bridge. A definite must do great casual dinner or lunch!

Wow, toller Fish & Chips-Laden um die Ecke — da kommt man sich wie in England vor — und das mitten in Prag. Sehr lecker und ein toller Imbiss jedenfalls…

Went there for Friday lunch with family. We were really excited to try this new restaurant concept in Prague.

Great service — servers very friendly and good suggestions. Good food. Nice ambience with London style and Mr. Bean + Beatles. Come here if you crave fish and chips, fish burger, or hotdogs. Also had the soup of the day which included some Thai Curry spices, very delish! The bathrooms have London street signs too — cute addition. Would come here again.

Rule number one: When you go to a place with«Fish & Chips» in the name, order the fish and chips. Well, they weren’t half bad, friends. Nothing to really brag about but a pretty solid order of fish and chips none the less. I especially enjoyed their mushy peas while the slaw and chips were supposedly bottomless. I didn’t take advantage of this endless option seeing that the dinner portion of fish was plenty for me — no need for gluttony. The fish itself could have been prepared better as the breading separated from the fish when I bit into it. Not a deal breaker by any means, but a personal pet peeve and my true indicator separating superior and lesser fish and chips for me. The service was swift but be prepared to pay for everything here. When I say everything, I mean everything. At the end of the meal there were charges for extra salad dressing, dipping sauces and ketchup. Maybe these extras are a luxury that we’ve come to appreciate as Americans, but paying for petty condiments seems a little nickel and dimey to me… All in all, nice little place for my first meal in Prague!

When it opened food was very good, now i noticed has fallen a little from perfection, maybe they don’t change the frying oil that often but overall is ok for fish and chips. In the summer has a couple of seating places outside.

I have got to say, themed restaurants are Prague’s hidden quirk. Just in few blocks surrounding our hotel, there were three. Fish & Chips was one of them, and it was across the street from our hotel. The theme is London(where else would you get fish and chips?) with pictures of the Beatles and Mr. Bean on the wall, a red telephone booth door and London City street signs in the bathrooms. The only thing lacking was that they were playing American top 40 instead of famous English bands. The menu obviously features fish and chips, but they also have hot dogs and hamburgers. I had the Lamb burger and it was phenomenal. Granted I’ve been away from the availability of real hamburgers for some time now, but it was still a damn good burger. It was dripping all over my hand and I ate it in about 2 minutes. They served it with a side of garlic mayo. The fish and chips came with coleslaw and mushy peas. Huge selection if bottled beers, but only Budwiser(the Czech kind not the shit American kind) on draft. Good prices and reasonably friendly staff. They also do take away. Cheers!

A British outpost in Old Town Prague. It’s a bit off the crowded tourist circuit, but worth the walk if you’re craving fish & chips and mushy peas. There were 4 kinds of fish when I stopped by for lunch and I never had or heard of hake. The waiter explained the differences and I went for the hake. With 2 batters to try, I ordered traditional beer-battered. The fish was light and moist, the deep-fried crunch right. Very nice! The chips were good but the mushy peas weren’t as mushy as I’m used to, and you don’t get much more than a few teaspoons. The curry sauce had an unusual taste and cloying texture and isn’t worth the extra cost. There are inside tables and a few outside under umbrellas. The waiter was nice and gave me a free wifi password. I added mineral water and it was a light and tasty lunch!

Prague doesn’t have good fish/seafood dishes available at most restaurant. If you want to have fish because you are tired of all the Czech special meat dish, try Fish & chips here. For about $ 10, you get one Big piece of fish and plenty of fries. The menu says ‘One serving per person’. I guess this says ‘No sharing’. To support this guess, they only give you utensil per order(one order = only one fork and knife). Outdoor tables are better than inside but you can do take-away. PS: Other seafood dishes are also available, e.g. fried calamari, salad with shrimp.

I wish there was a way to give –1 ratings. Ordered a late night side of large fries for a snack on way home and after 20 mins got served less than 20 fries and a whole lot of unfriendliness. Contrary to the hospitality we encountered everywhere in Praha in April 2014, this place does the area a huge disservice.

One of my favourite places in Prague, really good seafood and rotisserie chicken and a great selection of starters like octopus carpaccio, soft shell crab tempura and awesome homemade coleslaw and mashed wassabi beens… Even on Sunday they are open till almost 12 Must check it out when you are here, enjoy

Whenever I’m in the area, for some reason I always end up here. It’s located on one of busiest areas of Old Town Square. Very clean, nice décor and great service. I cannot get enough of their lamb kofta burger. it is SOO good! lamb burgers in general are very hard to cook since they get dried up pretty fast. But the burgers I’ve had here has always been juicy and delicious. I definitely recommend it! I’ve also tried their Tandoori chicken and hot dogs. They’re all very delicious but my heart belongs to the lamb kofta burger =D Like any other places in Prague, it’s always good to make a reservation. It can pretty crowded at times. This place has great beer and food with an affordable price tag. They also offer 24⁄7 hotdogs, I can’t wait to try those!

The perfect place to go if you’re craving some fish and chips in the heart of Prague. The inside is eclectic, fun, and something we definitely didn’t expect to find in Prague. We opted for a couple things to share, which I definitely recommend! Try the salmon with and herb batter and a side of chips. If you want something a little more classic American, try one of their traditional burgers with a side of mashed potatoes. I’m craving this place just thinking about it!
