I consider this square as one of the best squares in Prague. It has changed a lot in the past decade and fortunately in a good way. The dominant element is the church which was built by famous slovenian architect Josip Plečnik. And there is a plenty of space around the church to sit on the grass, to relax, to have fun with your dog or to enjoy farmer´s market which is there almost every day from spring to autumn. And twice or at least once per week for the most of a winter. Usually depends on wheather. What I also like is the fact that there are plenty of great places to buy high quality bakery products, italian food and many other different products. There are also cafes with very good coffee, wine, snacks and desserts. So if you wanna have a nice time with friends or just by yourself, this place is definitely a good choice.
