Very decent pad thai with prawns(and a very large portion too!). The mixed appetizer was so-so. Service was reasonably efficient if not super attentive.

In on a Wednesday around 7:30 for take away(take out). Was told it was going to take 10 minutes for appetizers(samosas) and the simple chicken pad thai. Okay, no problem. I ordered it «spicy». Went downstairs for a few minutes, came back up, it was ready! Hmmm. Walked home(2 blocks), sat down with excitement for my samosas(they didn’t have fresh spring rolls– really!)…the first bite, stone cold in the middle ! YUCK. So I put them in the microwave for a few minutes to get them hot. That wasn’t my job. Okay, the pad thai(chicken), looked… pale. I poked around, good amount of chicken, so… first bite– Bleh. ZERO flavor. It’s pad thai, how do you screw that up?! It’s YOURCLASSICDISH ! And you gave me a lemon wedge, uh, lime is the norm. Okay, so I won’t be returning. If you’re wanting a «decent’ mean for $ 15(usd) and can waste that cash, go for it ! I had a fantastic Czech meal for $ 6 the night before. Oh well, can’t win them all.
