It’s a very nice small pub. It has a large menu and price is good. We didn’t eat something but our neighbours did. The meal looks quite good. And we had a nice and friendly waitress :-)

BEWARE: this bar is not friendly to Americans/tourists. We arrived in Prague yesterday afternoon and immediately hit the ground running checking out local bars and shops to get the lay of the land in the Mala Strana neighborhood. Found some great places and met nice locals and tourists. Then we found this place. We headed to the back to go down stairs to the jazz bar, but it was a bit warm and crowded, plus there was a cover and we just wanted a beer or two, so we went back upstairs and took two seats at the bar. The bar and restaurant was pretty crowded(a Saturday night) and the crowd seemed almost exclusively local — exactly what we were looking for. The blond young lady behind the counter greeted us, and I replied«dobry den». Immediately, her attention went elsewhere. She took orders from everyone around us, filled orders from the waitress, and avoided all eye contact with us. I mean, she stood right in front of us, panning the bar, smiling at patrons while avoiding our gaze for a good 10 minutes. My girl wanted to leave after 5 minutes, but it was busy, so I wanted to give the girl behind the bar a chance. Then, once done serving all of our neighbors, she avoided us like the plague so beautifully commemorated by the pillars all over town. We slowly got up, pushed our chairs in, said«thank you» and walked out. No one tried to stop us. I recommend beers elsewhere. No beer, no tip. No stars. Never mind — I must give at least one star if I want to save other travelers the mistake of coming here.

This bar is one of the best at the center of Prague. You can have there a beer, shot or long… and listen to the jazz, also meal is great. Go there… you will enjoy it…

Not a best place to have dinner, the restaurant upstairs is smoky, loud and dark. The food is ok, they offer mixed Czech, American and Mexican cuisine, but the service is very slow and the place is almost always crowded in the evening which doesn’t help the quality of service. However, it’s a cool jazz place with very nice concerts — they have a program every month hosting different musicians.

I love jazz and i love Little Glenn’s. Really cool place to unwind with some live performances. This is a really magical part of Prague too. Perfect all round.

Whenever you go to the Charles Bridge and cross towards the Castle i recommend a visit to u Maleho Glena(Little Glenn’s). Especially if you’re a jazz and blues fan. This Irish-owned pub is a real treat. Guinness on tap upstairs in the company of boistrous Czechs and then downstairs to the music. Jamming all night at the weekends. Be warned=Never a quiet night here… but a real treat

As Tommowinnie said before me Little Glenn’s is tiny but that’s where it’s magic comes from. It is the perfect winter vnue if you like a good Czech pivo and a shot(OR5) of slivovice to warm yourself up. The music is always the biz. The owner, i think, is Irish hence the Guinness. Always good to pop in when i’m that side of the river. The food fills a hole nicely too.

Though there is a Guiness sign hanging above the front door, this isn’t an Irish bar. It’s actually a Jazz-Blues club just off the main street going up to the castle. They serve teas and coffees, beer and cocktails and are very reasonable with their pricing. 30 krown per small beer, which is less than a £1. Dark and candle/lamp lit with raspy blues coming out of the speakers, this place has a wonderful laid back feel to it. It’s quite small(the girl’s toilets are tiny and the walls are wrapped in back and white tiles forming a cheguered flag that makes your eyes boggle and vision swirl like a Dahli painting) but is cosy and inviting. It was great to sit by the window and watch people passing by on a cold January evening. Oh yeah — the song that was playing when we went in was brilliantly bad. It was a blues song that must have been a mickey-take. It went something like I’m leaving you baby, though you’ve born me four little boys, and you look after your old blind mamma, but promise me baby you won’t put any of my kids up for adoption, even though it’s gonna be really hard on you and your gona have to work your fingers to the bone, you’ve got responsibilities woman and you have to face up to them, cos I’ve got to go and do what a man’s gotta do. Priceless.
