I encountered this place as I was wondering through the Grand Bazaar. I noticed all the customers were local Turkish people. I hung out for about 10 minutes before I sat down. I’d figure if this is where all the locals are eating then it has to be good! As soon as you sit down, they put a plastic sheet in front of you. This is basically your plate. It’s definitely different compared to all my previous eating experiences. There are chili, pickled vegetable, and basil in front of you. The locals just use their hand to pick it out and eat it. I didn’t have any tummy problems afterwards and I have the weakest stomach in the world. Long story short: The kebap is awesome! Ate here in March 2014.

Came for ‘donerci sahin usta’ but was too late for doner(shawerma). Saw this place right there. The wrap was super delicious and with a drink it was less than $ 5. The chef/cook was probably one of those; natural born kebap masters :)
