My brother and I came in for brunch on Sunday and we had amazing service. Our waiter was very kind and attentive. The food was delicious. My brother ordered a Mexican omelette, which he said was cooked to perfection. I ordered the French toast and fruit which I really enjoyed. We were both very satisfied with our meals. I definitely recommend this place!

when I visited Istanbul in 2006 and 2008, I found this fabulous café just next door to where I was staying in Cihangir. the former owner, Shelley, an american expat from San Francisco, was a wonderful hostess. the food is delicious and the service top notch. it is always packed with the people living this very hip, cool neighborhood known for its artists and actors. I highly recommend it for lunch, a snack, brunch or dinner. it is a great place for people watching and catching up on gossip or just having a coffee. check it out when you go to Istanbul, you will not regret it.

i was here for a quick (late) breakfast only so i cannot say much about here. i didn’t mind being the only guest on that sunday morning. so i was served my french nutella toast rather quickly. not sure if the service was a bit grumpy/​tired or just shy about having to speak english with me. but since the menu is written in english i hoped this would be okay anyway, the food was nice enough as well as the purr-​fect company the café’s cat gave me.
