Never a bad choice. Istanbul in summer is hot, and there are a host of ice cream (dondurma) options but Mado is always a safe, quality, available option. So many types of ice cream I never even knew existed. They have a bunch of other menu items but for me, Mado is all about the ice cream you cut with a fork and knife.
Go with standard vanilla, chocolate, and pistachio with a side of baklava.
