Neyzade Restaurant

Very good location all hotels area and of course tourists area I think that’s why my fish arrive cold after wait long time. Nothing very spcial on menü. Normally istanbul restaurants are have some spcial of them on menu but this restaurant just regular menü.

Great staff. Food was very good. They have vegan, vegetarian ams gluten free options marked on the menu which is really nice to see for me.
It is SLIGHTLY more expensive then the restaurants in the area but it has great ambiance, fresh local ingredients and some beautiful presentation on top of that.
Well worth the extra TL.
Appetizers were amazing, and their selection was different then ive seen at other turkish restaurants. They also gave this complimentary tomato, pepper, walnut spread with bread that was their own house recipe with bread — IT WAS AMAZING. I had to ask more about it it was so delicious.
Everyone enjoyed their meals whole-​heartedly. My vegan dish didn’t seem super Turkish-​inspired which kinda bummed me out, but it was still delicious and I was very happy to see it on the menu. Everyone else was thrilled with their tastey food also :)
The staff was WORKIN that night. It was a full house and the staff was all running around and doing everything so wonderfully! I was very impressed by their enthusiasm, friendliness, and efficiency.
Would definitely recommend.

Food, staff and atmosphere was fantastic. I had trouble finding good places to eat because I’m a coeliac but the staff here were great and even customised dishes making gluten free versions for me. Not to mention according to my dad the non gluten free dishes were just as good. I’m not one for going to the same restaurant multiple times on a holiday I like to explore and try as much as I can. But I made an exception cruise this place was so good. I would definitely go again next time I’m in Istanbul

La atención fue excelente desde el principio, a pesar de que eramos tres mujeres solas que pidieron mucho alcohol. Generalmente eso a los turcos no les gusta nada.
Pedimos Maze de entrada (una suerte de «picada» con cosas típicas) y dos platos para compartir: albóndigas rellenas de hongos y carne braseada con yogurt. Todo estaba perfecto.
Con la cuenta nos trajeron una bandejita con Lukum, el dulce típico de Turquía.
Reservamos por la app de Unilocal,y todo perfecto. El precio re razonable. Gastamos algo alrededor de 80 TL.
Todos los pulgares arriba. Solo bajo un punto porque el rooftop estaba cerrado aunque no hacía frío.

Das Abendessen gestern in diesem spektakulären Rooftop-​Restaurant war hervorragend: aufmerksame, aber doch dezente Bedienung, trotz fehlender Reservation (dank frühem Erscheinen) einen gut gelegenen Tisch erhalten, breite Auswahl auf der Karte mit guter Beratung dazu, exzellent gekocht und schön präsentiert. Und auch wegen der unglaublichen Aussicht will man dort gar nicht mehr weg.

This rooftop restaurant in Istanbul was a surprise, last minute treat. First, the map (in Unilocal and Google) is a bit off. Continue up Taya Hatun Sokak road a little more and see restaurant sign at hotel entrance. Our hosts were savvy about wine to pair with our meal. We tried the mezze sampler, lamb/​chickpea/​eggplant, and chickpea/​tomato/​goat cheese dish. Mezze and wine were the highlights. Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic dinner at Neyzade! The service, food and view are all first class. As it started to cool down our waiter brought out a nice warming blanket for my wife. We enjoyed one of their more expensive bottles of wine, shared an appetizer, each ordered an entrée and shared a dessert for 177 TL (or just over $ 65 USD as I write this). All were good-​to-​great. I highly recommend.

Traveling with food allergies/​sensitivities tends to be pretty terrifying, but Neyzade makes it possible for gluten-​free travelers and locals to dine without fear (*and* without feeling like they’re missing out; the food is very good).
My friend and I both eat gluten free for medical reasons, and she has a few nut allergies. We saw on Neyzade’s website that they have a gluten-​free menu, so on our first night in Istanbul, we decided to give it a try. Although there was not a printed gluten-​free menu in the restaurant, our server, Nezril, knew exactly which dishes we could eat and pointed them out to us.
When I let him know that I’d like to have one of their lamb dishes if possible, he checked with the chef for me, and the chef changed the sauce it is served with so that I could have it. We were also able to order one of their salads without hazelnuts for my friend (though I wouldn’t recommend doing that; I think the hazelnuts would have made the salad).
In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to us, we saw that Nezril was just as attentive to other diners as well. When a woman on the patio looked chilled, he brought her a shawl seemingly before she even had a chance to ask.
All in all, we were very impressed with Neyzade and with our server, and I would recommend Neyzade to anyone looking for a relaxing, delicious meal, gluten free or otherwise.

We were directed to this restaurant by friends who stayed in the hotel it is located in a couple of years ago — Sirkeci Mansions. We found Neyzade to be lovely with attention service and. Dry in nice menu selections. I had their their hot appetizer — dolmas a with minced lamb and veal in chard rather than the traditional Greek grape leaves with a topping of tomato and yogurt — there were 3 rolls which was plenty for my entire dinner. The other in our party had what was called a kabob of lamb and vegetables; while it was not served on the skewer, it was nicely presented with tomatoes and peppers and was equally well received. We eAch had a glass of white Turkish wine which was quite good and about 10 TL each — very reasonable. We will go again during this trip because it was so pleasant and reasonable — I would highly recommend

We were a guest at the Sirkeci Mansion Hotel during the week of March 8 – 14, 2014. The Neyzade Restaurant is located within the hotel; very convenient. The food was delicious and elegantly served in a semi-​formal/​casual environment. Very tasty mezze and well-​prepared mains with delectable desserts to cap it off.
The restaurant matches the hotel: 5-​star in our review.

This was a spontaneous stop for us as we had sought out Imbat after reading great reviews but were abruptly turned away. Downtrodden and hungry, we ducked into Netzade to check out the menu.
What we found was a unique mix of fresh and savory main dishes, crunchy and flavorful starters, and rich sauces to surprise us. Our servers were witty and sarcastic in an oddly welcoming way and we’d go back in a heartbeat!
