This place is right by the Swisshotel and it was AMAZING. The food was unreal. My husband and I shared the grilled squid with pesto and it was outstanding. So tender and delicious. We also split the milk thistle sea bass and it was the most interesting and tasty dish ever. it’s almost like a mild green curry. Really unusual but unbelievable. I think we also got the seasonal salad which was fresh and tasty. Go here. It’s really good.

We went to dinner at Sakiz based on LP reviews and found the place to be so good we went back there for lunch a couple of days later. Try the sea bass with thistle root. It’s a to die for dish. We also had Cretan octopus which was good but the sea bass was amazing. To top it off we had one of the freshest and tastiest seasonal green salads in recent memory. My wife and I talked about it for days! The owner is super friendly and he told us to come back for his amazing multi-course lunch catering to local businesses. Sure enough another great culinary experience. We just happened to get stuck here during an amazing lightning storm and the staff took care of us with free tea and great service. You must try this place!

We had a great night here. The food was delicious and truly authentic. Interior design was gorgeous. Loved the cheese-almond-chilly dish and fell in love with the variety of flavors I tried. If you are unsure about what to eat, I would recommend their fix menu which was a great bargain for the quality-quantity of food we received. We ordered Turkish coffee and their special desert as well which was just as great and as the food. The best part, the owner… I will definitely be back here again!
