Used Bruce from Broken Willow two other times to trim branches on my rental property. However, when it comes to big jobs like topping trees, Broken Willow does not return calls like their voice recording says… a big disappointment with this company, so will go to a competitor. Bad business practice if you tell me even with his phone mail message saying «he will return calls. Ahhhh… he doesn’t return calls.».
