I had an excellent experience with Patriot Lock this morning. I was locked out of my garage and called them at 6:15AM. Despite being early morning hours, Dave was in my driveway within 30 minutes. He also took the time to teach me how to fix it myself if it happened again. I was on the other side of the issue within an hour. I highly recommend Patriot Lock!

So I lost one of the original keys from my 09 Chevy. I figured the dealer would be way overpriced for a new key including programming. They (macmulkin chevy nashua) told me it was $ 30 for a new key with no programming necessary except to turn the original key on and off and then do the same with the new key.
I then called Patriot Lock and was told it would be $ 100 minimum and that I would have to call at the next business day to get a full quote and eta on the key.

So I’ve had a Unilocal account for a while and never used it because no one warranted a good review, but these guys deserved it. I needed a locksmith to come out and change all the locks on a house I just bought, the guy who came out Dave was a very friendly personable authentic man. He rekeyed all my exterior locks in what I can only imagine was record time and he put everything on one key. He then proceeded to point out some of the security vulnerabilities I had regarding having no Deadbolt on 2 of my outside doors and with my permission promptly put some new solid locks on. The price was fair and his work was efficient. Very good company.

Not all that impressed.
I needed 4 matching locks for some toolboxes. I called, and they instructed me to drop off a lock in their mailbox on a Tuesday night with my phone number and they would call me the next day. They never called.
A week later I called and talked to someone, and they said they would call back. They never called.
Two weeks later I called and talked to someone, and they said they would call back. They never called.
I got fed up and just ordered them on line at
. $ 40 (including shipping) and 2 days later I received my locks.
