I love this gym! especially now that it is superior fitness

Been a member since ¹¹⁄₂₀₀₉. Didn’t start going regularly until 2011. Love the gym, the staff and my trainer, Will, is awesome! Have several friends and family members that have joined and we all go together very regularly because it’s close, inexpensive, and a great workout atmosphere.

I can’t even begin with highlighting a star because they are ZERO stars! This gym is the worst gym ever and the people are a joke there. I didn’t even leave with a contract first off and THEN after 3 days I knew something was wrong with that place so I went in to cancel, luckily I had 7 days and they didn’t fight me on that, but they told me I couldn’t have my $ 150 back, which I was NEVER told!!! Brandon was a very nice guy don’t get me wrong, but just to get my money and his commission. They also let me sign up my little sister being 16 yes 16! anything to get money I tell you. I seriously would consider this place. It really is a complete joke of a gym and now I know why they were talking shit about Lifetime Fitness I mean come on! I much rather pay $ 60 a month to faithful people than $ 35 to assholes. AGAIN IF YOU ARE READING THIS: DO NOT SIGN UP AT GOLD’S GYM! especially the one on Bells Ferry!!!

So I signed up for the weight loss class …60/​a month 3 classes per week, weighed and measured once a week. However when I signed up I asked about the cancellation policy, never told the policy and after 2 months just now got a copy of my contract SERIOUSLY, Parts of the contract are scratched out… told this made it NULL and VOID but GM does not agree. have 5 months left never AGAIN.

Had a membership because it was on the cheaper side. It felt to much of a place where I felt uncomfortable to work out because of the atmosphere. Did like the classes offered. Didn’t like the upkeep of the gym. Thought that there were things that could have been fixed to look more presentable.

WATCH OUT for the membership policy. You can’t suspend your membership temporarily, and they WON“T ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS in person at the gym. Utterly ridiculous. Guarantees that I won’t renew or go back.
