If I could give 0 Stars, I would. I don’t know how this guy is still in business. He is quite possibly the worst communicator I have ever come across and he’s rude to boot. I feel sorry for his employees. We had them install a window vinyl, a fairly simple job you would think. We started the process in August. The first time the installers came the vinyl was too short for the window. They has mis-measured. No big deal, mistakes happen. The 2nd time they came out they put the vinyl on the window crooked. We called to ask the owner to fix it and he completely flipped out. Literally screaming on the phone, cursing and hurling insults. He clearly didn’t want to fix the issue but wanted to be paid for bad work. Tried several times to schedule a re-install of the crooked vinyl, to no avail. Fast forward to the end of the year, about 2 months since our last correspondence. He wanted to close his books, fix the work and be paid. The issue is that after two months of not hearing from him I have already contacted someone else to clean up his mess. BUYERBEWARE. DONOTRECOMMEND!

Buyer beware! I spent $ 2300 plus for an awning to be installed by them this past June. It was up for around 3 days, then came down in a mild wind. I was told the awning could stay up all year round with the exception of winter as it would handle the wind. It took several weeks of persistent phone calls by me to get them to finally come back and fix it. They did, but they just put the awning back up without replacing the crimped, bent poles that were improperly installed the first time. This time the awning stayed up for around 13 more days before coming down again permanently. It’s been down ever since. Kent(owner) told me that if I sent in the awning into his shop(on my own dime and time of course) that they’d repair the holes in it. But didn’t offer to reinstall it properly. I’ll have to call another awning contractor to redesign it properly this time. Total waste of more than $ 2,300 and a lot of my time. Dan at Awnings Plus was a nice guy and seemed to feel bad about the whole thing. Total loss of money on my part. They don’t stand behind their work. One of the worst buying experiences of my life.
