I had emailed them the evening my tv died and would not turn on. They called me the following morning and were able to come to my house a few hours later. The technician said he had to bring the part back to his shop to fix and bring it back… at no additional cost.
The tv was fixed that same day. I’m so happy with the turnaround time and just want to say thank you.
