My experience at this Chili’s was amazing! We had a table of eight people and our waiter, Brian, did not ever need a paper and pen to write down anything. He got every «no tomato,» «sauce on the side,» and «extra garlic bread» right. We were all extremely impressed with the awesome service and will definitely be returning and asking for Brian!

DO NOT come to this Chili’s location. The manager doesn’t care about ANYTHING and the service always sucks. My husband and I have given this location numerous chances to redeem themselves, but it always fails. The location on Preston Rd is better, but can sometimes still be as crappy. It’s amazing to know that all of these Chili’s in the DFW area are so awful considering their home office is here…

We walked in me my spouse and my 2 kids. we asked for a booth where we normally sit and was told that area was the most dangerous for falling food because it was close to the kitchen. 15 minutes later we flagged the manager down to get some service. The server comes over after greeting a table that gets sat after us. Tells us with attitude they can’t substitute coconut rum for any other type of rum, seeing as how my husband is allergic to coconut we complained about service and we were moved to a new section. We decided to get a patron margarita in instead. It was dull and mediocre and came in a pint mug. When we told the server we were ready to order he pressed his gum on the roof of his mouth to speak to us. Not to mention he said loud enough from the kitchen for everyone to hear that he thought he has food poisoning and should go home. Every step of the way has been a horrible dining experience and we will go to chili’s on carrollton from now on.

Placed lunch work order online said it would be ready at 10:45,I figured it wouldn’t since they open at10:45.first host was not friendly, other guy was in training he said but he was extra friendly! To say they just opened it was pretty dirty! I hope the new guy sticks around since this place needs some personality bad! Food was average, but the pnr star comes from the poor customer service. Customers should come first!

Out of all the white servers there were, they put us with like the only non-white server. Um, sure, we’re Hispanic, but we speak English. That’s all we speak. Our server was really unfriendly at first. Probably because they force her to serve all the «ugly», «rude», «dirty» Hispanic people like us. But after a while she started to warm up. So I guess.
