Jasmine Unique Chinese

We came to town & hotel said they delivered. So we order & pay then they say 45 – 55 min. Had I not already paid I would have said cancel my order. An hr later I call & they say driver has left already. Wait 15 more, now store has closed no one will answer phone, 15 min later driver finally arrives & laughs when I ask what took so long. They were 12 min from hotel. So 1.5 hrs later we get to eat finally. It’s now 10:25pm, Rice is cold & gummy. Very disappointed!!!

Ordered several items and the food was not good. Rice was gummy, greasy vegetables, beyond greasy egg rolls and there was some sort of sauce on the vegetables that was awful. I had to rinse the vegetables for them to be even be remotely good. I threw out about 70% of the food we ordered. $ 50 of food that tasted like trash snacks.
I was also given 15 Togo menus with my order though, those also went in the trash.

Really good Chinese food! I’ve been going there for years now! The remodel was awesome, and the customer service is really good even though the majority of the time I order to go

Simple 2 entrée order took 2 hours to deliver. Sunday afternoon so it wasn’t during peak busy hours. Food might have been alright if it wasn’t cold.

Jasmine’s unique Chinese is a very nice place to have lunch for a reasonable price. The service is always good and the food is amazing with flavor, I always order the combination fried rice, which is always top notch.
The overall quality is always on point and the delivery is always fast great Chinese restaurant

All I can say is WOW!!! My first experience (delivery) was bad (Due to ordering delivery on Unilocal!) DO NOT DO THIS! If you order on Unilocal it’s a Unilocal 3^rd party deliver service that brings your food and GOD KNOWS when you will get it or how cold it will be!
Order from Jasmine DIRECTLY and save yourself a $ 7 « Unilocal PARTNER» delivery fee… and actually get good hot food worth tipping for! My Mongolian Beef and Egg Rolls last night were AWESOME! Sorry Unilocal… Quit ripping people off on this one!

The food was barely average at best, BARELY! We ordered chicken fried rice and it was bland with no flavor. The kicker about this meal was the service! When I asked the lady for some paper plates. She said sure how many? I said 4. She said oh no I can’t give you 4 plates I can only give you one. Not special paper plates, but like the one’s you get from Walmart in a 50 pack! Had she not already swiped my card, I would’ve left the food there. I’ll never go back and never recommend this place. Poor service but nowadays it’s the norm. F–

I love jasmine! The Mongolian beef is so good. I wish more came with it. It looked like a small serving. But then again I did order the lunch order. The sautéed vegetables are delicious! Everything I have had there has been great. The lunch specials are reasonable. And the dinner prices aren’t bad either. The hot and sour soup is thick and spicy. Doesn’t taste like broth with tofu thrown in. I plan to make it to happy hour soon.

This place was just okay. Came here as my friend lives in Plano and we were wanting to meet half way in Addison. The food was mediocre, tasted like their might have been some MSG in it. I definitely have had better chinese food. It was reasonably priced and they had an AWESOME piano player providing entertainment, which I felt was the best part of the meal.

Just ordered delivery and most of the food was okay but our beef skewers were very small and not warm at all. I called the restaurant and advised the manger and he said he would place a «credit» on our account. I don’t think I’ll be using their services ever again so won’t be needed…

Jasmine’s is insane. A friend told me about this place and I was really excited to try it out and I must say, it way surpassed my expectations. First, the ambiance is pretty cool. When we got there (around 7pm on a Thursday evening) there was only about 3 – 4 tables with people. We were seated and had a very sweet waiter. We decided to sample a bit and ordered the seafood hot & sour soup, steamed dumplings, general tso’s chicken, spicy chicken lo mein, sweet & sour chicken and the kimono roll. Everything was impeccable, especially the sushi. One of the best rolls I’ve ever had. All of their food was so fresh and flavorful. I was impressed that their chicken was really tender, unlike some places where you get this generic chewy, rubbery style «chicken» in your dish. The price point is also pretty reasonable for the quality/​quantity of food you’re getting. The portions are HUGE!

They had an issue with receiving my online order. When I called to verify that the order was received, she said they didn’t have it. After several minutes on the phone, she took my order and placed it on a rush and was very apologetic. I have ordered from here several times. The fried rice and egg drop soup are good. The sesame chicken could use more flavor, I don’t like that the moo goo gai pan comes with mushrooms and broccoli, but when I ask for chicken and carrots only I get 95% carrots and a little bit of chicken. Also, it doesn’t have much flavor to it either. They say the general tso chicken is spicy, but it’s not at all. The best deal they have is lunch special, entrée, soup and egg roll for a reasonable price.

Ordered online: Orange chicken with steamed rice & crab wontons. Yum and Yum!
After I ordered they called to confirm my order and told me they do not open for another 30 minutes so my food should be at my apartment in an hour. Cool. They actually had my food here in 30 minutes :) Friendly delivery driver too who was very patient when my dog was barking and had my 2 month old on my hip crying trying to get his money. I’m very impressed coming from a person who is extremely skeptical of trying new Chinese places.

Have driven by this place for years. Never stopped to eat there till today. They have a Chinese menu and a Japanese on also. So I ordered off the Japanese menu. Haha. Food was presented very artistically and looked appealing. See pic. Not that crowded there were only about 4 other tables occupied when we were there. Looks like they do a better take out business.
Sushi was good. Rice smashed but overall taste was good.
Now to get our bill. We watched all the other tables get their check and leave and were were still waiting for it. Took over 45 min to get it. Waitress was no where to be found. Took stars off for that. It is good but sorry to say will not be back.

The food was nothing like what I expected. We ordered for delivery: almond chicken, egg drop soup, hot & sour soup, and 2 egg rolls. The egg rolls were spring rolls (thin skin, full of veggies and not sprouts), the egg drop was too thin, hot and sour was neither, and the almond chicken was downright strange. I’m used to almond chicken being a lightly breaded, deep fried, chicken breast with a thick almond sauce and shaved almonds. This was chunks of chicken with veggies in some thin nut sauce covered with chopped peanuts.
The fried rice wasn’t bad.

Jasmine restaurant really impressed us last Friday. The care that was taken in presenting our delivered sushi was very refreshing. The Wasabi was good and strong, lunch prices & delivery times were reasonable, and the rolls were right on target. The shrimp tempura and salmon skin rolls were my favorite, but the wife preferred the Hawaiian roll.
We will order from them again.

Didn’t get my order right and completely left out one entrée I ordered. I got take out and didn’t check my order until I got home. If the food I received is any indication it isn’t worth my time to go back and ask for the chow mein they forgot to include. I’d review the egg rolls too but they forgot to put that in my order as well.
As many reviews state the fried rice is terrible, just rice fried, no veggies and a few specs of egg, flavorless. Walnut shrimp is pretty terrible, doused in what tastes like sweet and sour sauce with a few walnuts thrown on top. The shrimp is very soft, like the fried exterior had been sitting in the sauce for hours. The whole entrée only had 5 shrimp in it though so I didn’t have to choke down too many. The generals chicken is edible and the portion is large, but the taste is very bland, tastes more like orange chicken than generals chicken.
If I could do this over I would have just gotten Panda Express and been much happier. I will not be coming back, worst 40 $ I’ve ever spent on «food.»

we ate at the restaurant, and I got the orange chicken which was a winner! I must come back to try some other of my favorite Chinese dishes. the waitstaff were tentative too…

Enjoyed this place. I had never been so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The stairs up to the restaurant caught me of guard but there is an elevator should you need one. Once inside it was a neat place. The ambiance is what you would expect to see in a movie.
The food was pretty good with very good service. The waiter was very attentive and helpful. I had the chicken sezhuan and it had the right amount of spice for me. Would definitely visit this place again!

Ordered Delivery from here — they were pretty fast but food is not so great.
Ordered — Shrimp Fried Rice and Cashew Chicken
I will not order the chicken again but would order the Fried Rice again.
