OMG this is the first time I’ve ever tried potbelly and these Guys nailed it!!! I was in the mood for something new so I placed an online order I was expecting it to be 45– 1 hour for delivery like most places but nope less then 20 minutes and I had my food. The gentlemen who delivered my order was super sweet, I’ll definitely be a regular customer of yours thank you so much. Sandwiches and smoothies are amazing

Best location of my favorite place to get a sandwich. This one just does it better. The staff is friendly and quick and the sandwiches come out just to your liking! Bravo, Belt Line location. Everyone is great here but they are led by who I am sure is a manager… Dark-haired girl with glasses! She is on POINT. Thank you!

Waited in line for 6 minutes without a word said to us. Awkward. First in line. Screwed up my friends order. My order of a meatball sandy took forever then when I got it looked like it was stepped on. Coke was out. Prices went up. Soda fountain is all sticky on dispenser. Fruit flys. 9 employees behind counter but no work being done.

Be careful if you like it hot. I rarely have to open a sandwich and pick off the peppers because there are too many, but that was the case. I had as many Jalapeño’s as I did lettuce. I love Pot Belly’s be careful of the over Zealous pepper prepare if you go to this location.

I love Potbelly’s and have been going to the shops for years. This is the first time I have been to this area and I spotted this near my hotel. I love the chicken salad salad and was not disappointed! The shop was clean and the customer service was good. This shop has an outside sitting area with shade.

I’ve been eating here for years. This is one of those sandwich shops you just keep coming back to. I’m can’t say there is another sandwich shop around here that has the same style. The hot peppers really make the sandwich as well.

My Italian sandwich just didn’t excite me here. This place is a small step up from jimmy johns. I hate to say it but I like subway, which which, and scholtzkys better. At subway and scholtzkys you even get a lot more for the cost. Potbelly’s sandwich is tiny like jimmy johns. What did excite me was their chocolate chip oatmeal cookie. Mmm, I’d come back just to get a cookie.

I got the chicken and cheddar on white with all the fixins. I like it a lot better than Quiznos or subway. It is a little bit more expensive than both Quiznos or subway but not much.

I’ve been eating at this Potbelly 2 – 3 times a month since they opened. They know me by name and a couple of them even remember my fairly complicated sandwich order. I love Potbelly in general, and like any chain; some are better than others. This location is neither better or worse than most. I’ve never experienced or witnessed anything being wrong with my food, never gotten sick, never even sent a sandwich back or had to ask them to fix one, and that’s counting at least 100 sandwiches and probably 2 dozen of their salads. I don’t think there’s a better sandwich in the neighborhood at less than double the price. I can get in and out for under $ 6, which never leaves me hungry or disappointed.

Love the meatball sandwich and enjoy when they have someone playing live acoustic music during lunch hour.

Bread here is bad. I would not suggest eating here. Go an extra mile down the street and eat at Which Wich instead. Their food is 1000x better.

This is one of the worst run Potbelly’s I’ve ever dined in. The crew never washes their hands before putting gloves on, so whatever they were just doing, scratching themselves, using cleaning chemicals ends up on your sandwich. Bonus round. Spent 4 hours in the hospital after getting bacterial food poisoning. Ate a sandwich and my stomach would not digest it and threw up within an hour. Stay away.

Not a bad Potbelly. They’re quick and deliver you a great sandwich. Seating is a little tough around lunchtime, but what place isn’t in Addison? The ingredients are fresh and they always give you a lot.

Seems every year or so I come back here… Ostensibly to remind myself why I don’t come in more often… The flavored just aren’t for me. I asked for«hot peppers» on the Italian sandwich, and instead if the traditional cherry peppers you’d get most anywhere else, they used … Jalapeños. WTF? The vegetable soup also left a lot to be desired… Like maybe some salt? They did have a guy there playing acoustic guitar, so the atmosphere was worth an extra star… But just one extra star.

Great location but need to find a more efficient way to handle the lunch service. They are always packed. I usually phone in my order and just pick it up. People are always nice and love pleasing their customers. The sandwiches and a cut above subway and quiznos. The peppers are just out of site. Please visit this place if your looking for a new spot on belt line.

Pot Belly is a good place to get a toasted sub and I usually go for lunch. I will say that one of my favorites is something you have to ask for, or used to, because it wasn’t on the menu. PBJ, yes a peanut butter and jelly sandwich all gooey and toasty. It is a great break from the norm on a cool spring winter or fall day, who really eats one in the summer except for me :) I am also a big fan of the macaroni salad. If you are looking for skinny options they have those as well– the rip some of the bread out and you can get a skinny combo with soup as well.

I used to love their veggie salad, but they took it off the menu. It was the only decent option for vegetarians. They have replaced it with the chickpea veggie salad, which is gross. Their only vegetarian sandwich is also pretty blah. I’m sure this place is great for carnivores, but I won’t be back. Their sugar cookies, however, are to die for.

The first time I had potbelly’s was in Chicago and no matter which city I go to, the quality and service is consistently great! Good bread makes a good sandwich. Great cookies. Good chili. Love the bottled root beer. A ‘go-to’ pick up dinner or lunch place for me.

Their chili is the BOMB here, so make sure to order it during the fall/winter as it is only seasonal. There isn’t a huge variety of sandwiches to order, so I was always stick with their lighter option on the menu which is still as good.
