I would never tell anyone to shop at this store after seeing what gos on behind closed doors. Sharing of customers info, race hate, profiling of customers, slander, bullying alllow from outside venders. How do i know this you may ask? Becaus im an ex employee with much more to tell. The owner tryed to use his power to put me in jail so i would never speck on this along with some hateful employees. Beware who you trust shoping with.

I don’t live anywhere near this location but I guarantee I will be back. Stopped by during my lunch for a watch band adjustment because I work nearby. Never been here before but was treated like a most valued customer. Not only was the service professional, but it was quick too. I also looked at some rings while I waited and Christine was great. I received some good advice and guidance with 0 pressure to commit. Will definitely be sharing my experience with my coworkers and friends.

I’m surprised by the five star rating. This review is concerned mainly with customer service. It’s certainly the worst I have ever experienced at a jeweler. If you are young looking, expect to be ignored. If you are in your 40s, you’re all good(even if your car is leased and in reality you don’t have a dime to your name). I walked into Razny with a few thousand to spend on an engagement ring only to be treated like I was 2 years old. I’ve also had a few repairs done here and my goodness they were rude… that is until I pulled out a heavy gold charm bracelet that used to belong to my great grandmother. Razny, don’t stub jewelry snobs. We are more than happy to shop elsewhere.

Roberto was absolutely amazing! I went in looking for a few pieces of jewelry, I very basically explained«my style» and what I was looking for — Roberto picked up on exactly what I would like, and not only showed me some absolutely stunning pieces, but also got me some great prices AND best of all put a rush on resizing of a couple rings for a wedding I’m attending this Saturday! Rose at Razny’s is simply the best. She helped my now husband pick out the most beautiful diamond engagement ring that was perfectly suited to my lifestyle and aesthetic. From what he has to say, the seemingly daunting process of spending a ton of money on something you know nothing about was a breeze. She taught him a lot about settings and diamonds and totally understood when he went for quality over size. I was surprised and totally happy with their choices. I took the ring in to get sized and they were able to do this while I waited, as they understand that a newly engaged lady shouldn’t be without her ring but only for a few minutes. We also picked out our wedding bands here. Again, Rose was so patient while we made our decisions. I had no idea how hard it is to choose something you’ll wear every day the rest of your life! I ended up choosing the last ring she showed me and in a Cinderella type style, it fit me perfectly. While there, I fell in love with a pair of very unique drop pearl earrings. Unfortunately they were out of my price range and the wrong metal. Guess what? She had her jeweler make a similar pair in sterling silver that I could afford. They looked amazing with my dress and hair. Rose makes magic happen!

We have lived in the Chicagoland area for 35 years, and I have FINALLY found my go-to jewelry store — Razny Jewelers. I walked into the Addison store for the first time last Friday, and was warmly greeted by three of their professionals, who had just completed some technical training on one of the many prestigious watch brands they carry. I had recently purchased a Limited Edition Breitling, and had made the decision to keep it, so I was in need of sizing of the strap. I went to Razny because the customer service person at Breitling had very emphatically recommended that I take my watch to the nearest authorized Breitling dealer, and for me, that meant Razny Jewelers. I am so glad that I did! The three salespeople I spoke with during that initial meeting were all extremely enthusiastic when talking watches, and their combined product knowledge was both amazing, and reassuring. I brought my watch in the next morning, and Urszula graciously volunteered to take care of the sizing for me. As it involved the cutting of both sides of a rubber strap, any changes were permanent, and so it had to be done right the first time. Urszula was very careful and professional, coming back out from the jeweler’s area multiple times, to check the fit as we got closer and closer to the correct size for me. I am happy to report that her care and hard work paid off… the watch fits perfectly and looks and feels terrific! After the fitting, I looked at several other watches that are being placed on the wish list, from Breitling, Tudor, and several other brands. As we stopped at each case and I pointed out a watch that I liked, Urszula would instantly recite the stats of each watch, as well as unique features and interesting historical background information regarding the particular brand of watch I was looking at. I left with the feeling that, «these people thoroughly know their craft». They installed confidence in me, to the point that as I have jewelry needs in the future, whether for my wife, or to feed my recently resurrected interest in mechanical watches, there is only one place I will be coming back to, and that is Razny Jewelers, and in particular, their Addison location, as this staff is as professional and knowledgeable as it gets. I had the good fortune to work with Christine Razny this weekend and I can confidently say that I will be returning to Razny for future purchases. Her patience and attention to detail were refreshing. I was purchasing an engagement ring and with all things i purchase I am very critical and analytical. She spent every second working with me until I was happy which was comforting seeing as i was quite nervous. At no point did I ever feel pressured or rushed. For all these reasons I would highly recommend anyone to take the time and visit Razny Jewelers.

We got our engagement ring from Razny and the whole Razny family was as sweet as pie. We actually won the ring from the Razny Ring Race they held in Chicago, but when we went to the store to get it sized, we actually ended up buying a men’s watch while we were there because there was just so many options of great pieces that we couldn’t resist! We would recommend checking out Razny Jewlers to anyone and everyone and we plan to go there to purchase our wedding bands as well! Highly recommend.

RUDEWOMANNAMEDROSE, SALESPERSON. I purchased a $ 9,500.00 Brietling Bentley GT Racing watch from another store after coming into this store asking for the same model but was told by RAZNY sales person that they could not get that particular model for me. My wife found exactly the same model watch in another State and had it shipped next day air. I brought the watch here to RAZNY to have it sized sized for $ 25 and also set the time as I was told on the phone when I called them. A woman named ROSE sized it. She(ROSE) worked on my watch and was very unprofessional. Setting it in top of a tool case cover filled with tools inside(instead of a felt lined jewlery box with walls so parts don’t fall out on the floor) and when she(ROSE) removed the link screws she would drop them and they would roll off the tool case onto the table top just missing falling off to the floor to be lost. I asked(ROSE) after the watch was sized for the clear protective covers over the watch in case the new watch had a problem I needed those pieces to return the watch.(She(ROSE) rudely stated«OH! THEREGONE!!! and looked at the garbage bucket beside her not removing them and giving me them back since that would take work and since I was the ONLYCUSTOMERINTHEWHOLESTORE and 6 other employees there at the time she still brushed me off) She(ROSE) handed me the watch without the time set so I mentioned to(ROSE) that I was told that the $ 25 charge would cover setting tup the time. She(ROSE) then gave the watch to another man to set the watch. He wasn’t sure on how to set up one of the dials and he asked(ROSE).(ROSE) looked at me and said«ITSHOULDTELLYOUINTHEMANUALHOWTODOTHAT!!!) as I still was the only customer in the store at the time with 6 other RAZNY employees standing around which she could have asked one of them how it works since they offer the Brietling line of watches someone there should know! I’m sure BRIETLING would like to know that they cannot set up a BREITLING watch and RAZNY just tells their BRIETLING customers to go home and read the manual instead of them explaining and helping the BRIETLING customer that just purchased a $ 9,500.00BREITLINGWATCH. I guess they don’t need any or repeat business there especially selling $ 9,500.00BRIETLINGWATCHES and(ROSE) makes sure that you don’t come back and spend your money. I would not even buy a TIMEX there if I needed one for 10 bucks let alone a $ 9,500.00 watch after being treated like I was by(ROSE). Joe.B
