We did not need to rent a unit for long, but in the time we were there Amy Moore was kind, friendly and provided excellent service. I would come back any time I need a unit. The facility was clean and very secure.

Although the facilities are nice, beware of large yearly increases in rent. Also beware when you give the required 10 day written notice to move out, they will only prorate if you’re out by the 5^th (and they don’t share that information with you either). There’s no on site garbage either. And when I complained about the large price increase for no reason, the did come down a very little bit, until I told them I was moving my stuff out then my price was increased for the last month. I’d never go back there again for my storage needs.

I have been a tenant at this location for almost 3 years, and I am a world traveler. I have never been given better service. Brad and Steve give me the best service in the world. The entire facility is climate controlled, state of the art security, ²⁴⁄₇ digital surveilance cameras. What is most important to me is customer service and Brad and Steve nail that every time.
