Dairy Queen

Used the drive thru. Had to wait a few minutes because «everyone’s getting ice cream tonight» but all was good and served with a smile. Our server even gave our blizzards the flip test. See our photo for info on the drive thru entertainment.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to TN from FL, but we didn’t stay. This restaurant was absolutely filthy. The men’s restroom had trash and urine all over the floor and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while — possibly the most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. My wife said the women’s restroom was also filthy. I walked in, looked around, and walked out.
The dining room and every open table was dirty. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told he wasn’t there. I mentioned the condition of the bathrooms and dining room to an employee and was simply told, «We’ve been busy. We haven’t had time to clean». Really?
We promptly left, got back on the interstate, and drove to another city for lunch. I wish I had thought to take pictures of the bathroom and dining area to send to the corporate office.
A 1-​star rating is really too high.
