I made an appointment with Certified PA Erin Call at Advanced Dermatology Care of So. Cal. I followed her from her prior medical practice and it was well worth my 90 minute round-​trip drive from Beverly Hills, it exceeded all expectations. It started the moment I walked into their Agoura Hills office. I arrived early and was greeted by friendly smiling faces as I turned in my paperwork. Before I had a chance to sit down in the waiting room, to my surprise, I was immediately escorted into my examination room, (I had become accustomed to prior offices with extended waiting room waits up to 30 minutes or more). On my first visit I was impressed by the cleanliness of their exam rooms. The details of my procedures were fully explained in advance as well as what to expect during the healing process and all post procedure care and medications. Erin has a great bedside manner, is very personable, caring and she has done an excellent job with getting my skin conditions under control. Visually, my skin looks amazing now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She got my skin back to normal, due to her knowledge, procedures and products. I never felt rushed during my visit as I always had at other offices and I cannot say enough good things about my experience as a patient! It means a lot when you feel that you are in good hands especially with skin conditions that can be painful and visually embarrassing to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Erin Call and Advanced Dermatology Care of So. Cal. for all of my cosmetic and surgical skin care needs. They have an efficient and professional staff, do an amazing job and I know I will keep going back! I’ve referred several of my friends from Beverly Hills.
