Pizza Hut

When making a simple order of three pizzas for delivery, the guy taking my order was very rude and condescending. He exact statement to me «Can you hurry up and order? I have other customers waiting.» It made me feel very unappreciated and rushed. If you don’t mind being talked down to and devalued as a paying customer, then continue to order from this establishment. I, however, will never take my business here as it is very unprofessional, rude, and unpleasant.

Was refused service and kicked out of this location today at 6:35pm because I had my service dog with me. When I explained that my dog was a service animal, despite its having tags and a service badge with me, I was told it doesn’t matter, no animals allowed, no matter what. I wasn’t there to dine in, only pick up a pizza from this take-​out only location. Im shocked, disappointed and quite upset at the ignorance of ADA laws by the employee.

Pizza came cold and under cooked. Very disappointed. The crust was so light it was practically white. No wonder this place had only two stars.

My order was completed 15 min after the call. I received free ranch sides and I picked the pizza up exactly 15 min after I called. It was soooooo hot and amazing. They used more cheese than Pizza Hut places usually do. We had a mushroom olives pepperoni. I truly can not complain, we got thick crust! It was yummy and crispy too!

It took an hour an 15 minutes for a pizza and pasta, it came cold tastes good but just took a while and came cold. Wow I just checked my credit card and I was charged TWICE once for 37 $ and once for
25 $ makes no sense at all now I have to file a claim and go through all that mess because I called back and they said they didn’t have it on file only the 25 $ charge this place is ridiculous and I will not be coming back

I couldn’t do zero stars! Our pizza was an hour and a half late from the estimated delivery time and my pizza was not even luke warm! Will NEVER use them again. Ignore the big chain propaganda and call Michael’s in Calabasas, you will be more satisfied and the pizza will be warm!!! Worst service EVER!!!

The guy taking my order was cool and patient. Although it took 45 minutes for 4 large pizzas and the delivery guy got lost. I would still order from them again. They had gluten free pizza and oh, don’t order the thin crust… it’s not good!

Last time we ordered delivery it was great… this time it said 30 mins… they then called to say it was gonna be an hour and 15 mins… after that passed we called and asked and they said another 30 mins… ugh 2 hours for pizza?! We live 6 minutes WALKING distance… we called back to try to cancel and they wouldn’t answer the phone and put us on hold for 5 mins… so we at 11 at night drove over to cancel our order… as we pulled up the guy was walking out with our food, so we ended up just getting it and paying full price with not even a discount or an apology… not cool… however the pizza is amazing… still not happy with the experience.

Ordered a large pizza today for delivery. They said 30 minutes. I called again to verify after an hour had passed and no pizza. The guy who answered the phone called his manager over. I asked the manager if he can verify my address since its been over an hour. He said «I know… He’ll be there any minute» and hung up on me. He didn’t even ask my phone no. to see who’s calling. No apology nothing. Very rude. Not a good way to start business in the new year!

I ordered from this Pizza Hut fot the first time tonight. I got a large, two topping pizza for carryout for $ 9.99.
It was ready on time and exactly as I ordered. I placed the order online and I was a little late picking it up. They kept it warm. The pan pizza was perfectly cooked and the peruvian cherry peppers were a delcious topping. I also liked the flavored crust, which I’d never tried before. The staff were very friendly and attentive. All good. I’m glad there’s a Pizza Hut near me.

I just tried to order for delivery & the guy that answered my call was so rude!!! Totally ruined my day

This location has the worst customer service of any Pizza Hut I’ve ordered from! Look at the picture below and see for yourself how they handle deliveries.

The delivery is highly unreliable. Ended up waiting over 2 hours for pizza. The only excuse the woman could give me when I called was «sorry only 1 delivery person tonight.» Why would I ever order from here again?

I have ordered delivery from this Pizza Hut twice before and an older gentleman delivered the food, it was perfect and arrived early. Today a younger guy delivered the food and when he tried to hand it to me it had buffalo sauce all over the boxes. He told me not to worry because the sauce was only on the outside of the boxes. I let him know that it was unacceptable and that I would not carry it through my house as it was now dripping all over my front doorstep. I returned with a baking sheet with paper towels to carry it into my kitchen and he said, «Sorry about that.». Just opened the box and the pizza ingredients are all on one side of the pizza. Did he drop my order? … Not only that, this place is literally across the street from my house. How did this happen?

I think this is the right location I m writing about. But it doesn’t matter anyways.
I was at a friends house To watch a movie she ordered. We started getting hungry so she asked her dad what we could have for lunch. Her dad had picked up a pizza from Pizza Hut.
Now, usually I don’t care what pizza place it is because I almost always like the pizza from pizza restaurants. My friend and I each grabbed a piece of the plain cheese square pizza. When I took a bite… I thought,” this tastes different.” And i didn’t mean the good kind of different.
The last time I went to Pizza Hut, I got the kids personal pizza. I always enjoyed it from what I remember. But this time it wasn’t the kids pizza, and it wasn’t good. It wasn’t terrible, it’s just not good at all. It didn’t make me feel energetic. I felt tired and bad after I ate it. It was a sunny day and it felt like the pizza had been lying out in the sun for a while. If u want to get a pizza that is really delicious, go to Winners or Toppers.

Recently there have been new TV ads about the stuffed crust, large, one topping pizza being $ 9.99. Even online they have this ad. I tried to order this deal online and it said this location doesn’t honor that deal. I called and asked why and all the manager could say was «no we don’t offer that deal. And proceeded to tell me about their other deals». No. You are the manager. You honor the customer and the deals that corporate makes. You don’t get to do whatever the hell you want.

Horrible! Shortly after eating their pepperoni pizza, I threw up multiple times. Mother also threw up the next morning. Will NEVER BE EATING THIS PIZZA AGAIN. Saddened to what this brand has become.

DO NOT GO HERE. I placed an order for pick up and it was supposed to be ready at 12pm. It was not ready until 12:45. They were very unapologetic, and to top it off, they got the order wrong as well.

I had a lovely experience. I ordered my pizza and waited inside for about 15 minutes. When the pizza came, my family took it home and enjoyed the pizza. It was hot, not too hot, and tasty as it should be.

Pizza took well over an hour to get here. Luke warm at best, and the irony is we’re less than mile from this location. Forgot the sauces we ordered, including the dipping sauce that is already supposed to be included with the cinnamon bread sticks.
Still on hold waiting to speak with someone.
We will not be ordering from here again. EVER
