Taco Bell

For a Taco Bell, this one is not to shabby. Food is usually on point, never have issues with anything. The only flaw which is the reason I subtracted a star is because it gets busy during lunch w kids from school. They can be a little hectic but overall this Taco Bell does the job

The food wasn’t bad, however the employees and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. The employees were all hanging out, they weren’t behind the register. It was also only like 7. I understand that employees would wind down towards the closing hours, but it was 7. I’ve nearly felt so unwanted in a restaurant in my life. The icing on the cake was leaving the parking lot and getting a nice stink eye from the employees that just went out for their smoke break.
This experience was so bad I don’t think I’ll ever go to another taco bell again.

Man when you need a good butt hole cleaning this is the best place in own. The burritos are spectacular. Best job ive ever had. I will defiantly come back next time im in need.

Noah really went above and beyond to make sure our visit was enjoyable. The food was prepared perfectly. They accidently gave me the Cinnabon bites instead of the cap’n crunch ones but Noah fixed it and even threw in a couple extra to make up for the misunderstanding. Great customer service!

Once again the meal at Taco bell was a disaster. We ordered two hard shell tacos with a side of salsa. We also ordered 2 Spicy tostadas. The tacos were repeated three times to Brenda J that we wanted extra cheese. We were charged for the extra cheese which was not there. We also ordered a side of salsa wich we repeated 3 times and was never added to the order.
For the life of me I do not understand how this went so wrong. I was so hungry and had just been at a 8 hr drs appointment.
Thanks Taco Bell for once again ruining the orders. You need to retrain or have your drive thru window fixed.

Every time I drive through I am greeted with the sweetest Taco Bell employee asking how I am that day. Then they proceed to take my order and double check to make sure it is correct. At the window, they are so pleasant while they’re getting the order ready and all give amazing customer service !!

The man taking my payment was such a creep and practically holding my hand. I excused it the first time when he took my cash but even as he handed my change back he found a way to practically hold my hand and look lovingly into my eyes. Don’t worry, it didn’t stop there. He even found a way to hold my hand when he handed me the food. Disgusting. Go away, sir. You’re creepy! I wish I would have caught his name!

This place was next to the coin laundry that I just washed all of my clothes at. This was a great location. The girl, Kayleigh I think, was awesome! She had such a great attitude and she was helping an older lady figure out the water dispenser when I first came in. You can tell with some people that they will do good and be happy in life and this girl is one of those people! She helped me with the dollar menu, since I’m on a budget, and also warned me that one of the items I purchased may be spicier than I expect. The guy that handed out the order was great also.

I love this location. I used to come so often that we would see the same employees every day. They were really nice & never got my order wrong. The only downside is that their lettuce for the Cantina Bowls was always rotten! D: The normal iceberg lettuce is always fresh. I just don’t get the Cantina Bowls anymore. Try the Spicy Tostada, it’s amazing!!!

The guy who took my order is a fuckin dick head. Fuck head wouldn’t let me get a damn water cup. It’s fuckin water homie! I’m parched as fuck son. Some bull shit

The food was average, the service during the night shift was awful and my food took wayyy to long to be made. They need to either add staff or replace the current staff cause their not getting it done.

If you know me, you know I don’t eat fast food and especially not Taco Bell. That being said, my friend had me stop there lady night and I do have to research other fast food places for my job so I went. My friend enjoyed his food. The reason I gave a Taco Bell 5 stars is because Renney (the drive thru cashier), was AMAZING! The best customer service and attitude I’ve come across in a long time! This kid is a gem for any job! I may have to recruit him!

This is a great location, the employees always go out of their way for you and the food is cheap! The inside is out dated but they also have free wifi and great air conditioning… if you are in the mood for a cheap taco or burrito you should give it a shot.

This Taco Bell is good. Every time I go here the staff are really nice, the food is fast, it’s always hot, and no one gets annoyed that I talk loudly. I go to this Taco Bell over the one in Westlake. It has a drive-​thru and everyone is nice.

Well, here goes nothing. I’ve grown up with this Taco Bell. Yet, not one thing about the interior has changed since I was born. I’m not exaggerating. All of the other Taco Bells around the Thousand Oaks area have been updated tremendously, and look good! I’ve also noticed a lot better quality in the meals from the other locations, with the updated interior. Flat out, this Taco Bell is just shwanky. It’s not terrible, and the staff is ALRIGHT (constantly changing) The current manager is young and has a good attitude. Some of the staff has been there for years, and they’re pretty consistent. They follow the rules and always wash their hands and wear their gloves. I was an employee at this Taco Bell from 2011-​early 2012. It was a sub-​par working experience. When I was forced to help unclog the drainage unit causing a flood by the soda fountain in the dining room, I quit; With good reason. I was getting paid $ 8.00 an hour with no tip, and I was being forced to scoop overflowing black water into a bucket with a cup. When some got on my face I drew the line. Sorry about my rant. In conclusion, this Taco Bell NEEDS to be remodeled. Too many bad experiences have gone down with the outdated interior, and people will be far more willing to forgive and forget if the place looks all nice on the inside. 1 star for the quick service, 1 star for the decent food quality, and 1 star for staying in business all these years. The fourth star comes with the redesigned interior! Take note of this Taco Bell Inc!

I have been to this Taco Bell location at least 15+ times, and I have been to Taco Bells nationwide hundreds of times (probably not a good thing).
This particular location:
–Has never gotten my order wrong
–Has always had friendly service at the counter
–I think they actually make burritos bigger at this one than others, and I like that
–It is nice and quiet, good spot for some low key conversation or alone time
–It has been very clean every time I was there
Cons:
–They could probably be a bit faster. Admittedly, sometimes they are slow to fulfill an order.
–This TB location is not remodeled, so appears outdated inside.
All of the negative reviews on here are from last year and earlier, I think they have had some staff turnover since then and have seen some improvement!

Worst taco bell. Slow service. Slow to order. Slow to get food. It was meh overall. I have had better Taco Bell
The tables weren’t clean either. Had to skip over half the dirty tables to find a semi clean seat.
******The kicker that dropped them from two stars to one. I had a big piece of bone in my shredded chicken. Just glad didn’t choke or chip a tooth. ***

Like most Taco Bells, this place is okay.
Employees are generally nice. I wouldn’t say they looked super excited.
Food is taco-​bellish. So it’s fine. Low grade quality, great junk food.
Drive-​Thru was pretty fast, though it’s super far in the back. The parking lot is large, and access to the place is easy. Didn’t go inside.
Yesterday they forgot one item, and today they forgot one item, so that’s kinda lame.

I have been to this Taco Bell many times. It’s close to my work and for some reason I feel the need to continuously torture myself with the incorrect orders and long wait times. Someday I will learn. Went for lunch with a coworker today and waited 15 MINUTES to get a small order.
It will be well worth the short drive to another Taco Bell to save yourself the grief.

Tried to order in the drive-​thru, but the woman handling the drive-​thru was «no habla Ingles.»
Now, that may be acceptable at a Taco Bell in Huntington Park, it is absurd in Agoura Hills. We had to leave as we were unable to communicate our order to the employee.
