Hubby & I will be Married 7yrs next month. I’ve been fortunate enough to marry a man with gr8 taste! He has treated me with the Dynamic Creations of Ms. Carole! Today I was fortunate to finally get 2 meet her. I showed up about 830am & wanted to get flowers for someone special! Told her I’d be back after my swim at about 10am. We decided on Blue Roses bc this special Lady is hapai (pregnant), with a baby Boy! She said white flowers & I told her to do her magic! Well we rolled back at 1030ish & this Gorgeous Bouquet of flowers awaited! A variety of Lilies and other mixes of flowers. Blues, Purples, white. just perfectly set in a glass vase & a rich colored Blue Ribbon, in a box that made it gr8 for safely transporting this master piece!
So, I had my hubby deliver them to her office! That was our Trick & Treat was her gorgeous flowers by Ms. Carole! The Special Lady whom got the flowers let me know that the particular variety of Lillies that were used were her Favorite Flower! She said she wanted them in her Wedding, but that it was too cold or something like that. But that was a Wonderful Treat to hear… just the Magic of this day, which began at Flowers by Carole… love you

Love Flowers by Carole! I have NEVER been disappointed with the beauty, quality or value of her arrangements! Today I stopped in because I needed something unexpected and she made it for me right on the spot! And of course, I was happy with my purchase!

My 3-​star rating is generous. It’s based on the fact that my flowers got to where they were supposed to go, but only after dealing with multiple issues regarding my order and a lot of worrying.
My friend was scheduled for surgery, and I wanted to make sure she had flowers waiting at her bedside when she came around. I was able to easily place my order through their website a few days in advance, selecting the Make A Wish bouquet ($ 40) along with a get well balloon ($ 5).
That’s where the smooth sailing ended. I got a call from the shop later that day, saying I owed *more* money because apparently their website charged me less than the $ 10 delivery fee. I agreed to pay the extra charge, but suggested they fix the problem with the website so this doesn’t happen again in the future. All I heard on the other end were excuses. It was a lost cause. After the conversation, I wasn’t left feeling very confident about the fate of my order.
I got another call from the shop on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered. The woman told me she called the hospital and that my friend wasn’t registered. I explained that her surgery wasn’t until later in the afternoon, and she said in that case she’d call the hospital back later. I felt like I was holding her hand throughout this whole process, and at this point I wouldn’t have been surprised if the flowers didn’t find their way to her room.
Eventually I got a text from my friend saying the flowers and balloon made her so happy, and I was so relieved that she finally had them. I was able to visit her in the next few days and saw that the arrangement was colorful and bright, so I was satisfied.
Overall, I just really wasn’t impressed with the customer service. Although the flowers made it to the hospital, the interactions I had with the shop just made me feel like they had no idea what they were doing — like this was the first time they were doing it. I’m glad it all worked out, but I won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered beautiful in blue flowers for my bestie and they came out exactly as in the picture. It was so beautiful. Thank you for fulfilling my order and for calling me in response to my email. You made my bestie’s day and I’m a satisfied customer!

My family and I always use Carole for all our floral needs. We have used her for many years and many occasions and have never been disappointed. She is very knowledgeable about the flowers and arranging them. Also, she stays within your budget. I would recommend Flowers by Carole to anyone.

I placed an order online through this place for my wife’s birthday early this morning. Its 5:30pm and no delivery yet or phone call. I called and they said they dont deliver to my house even when they sent me an order confirmation and a thank you email. What kind of business does that. Now its to late for me to get flowers for my wife because of this place.

I ordered the premium (most expensive) version of the arrangement called «How Sweet it Is.» On the Flowersbycarlole website this shows 5 large roses and 7 small roses just on the side facing the camera. The arrangement that was delivered had 5 roses total, 3 nice gerbera daisies, and 4 large green chrysthanemums. The other 50% of the arrangement was completed with filler and cheap flowers such as small carnations, alstroemeria, and a lot of baby’s breath. This is not the premium arrangement we paid for; it doesn’t even have as many nice flowers as the basic bouquet shown on the website. Maybe because this arrangement was ordered on the internet from California, and delivered to Aiea, they thought we wouldn’t see the quality of what was delivered. It was a disappointment and embarrassment for us when this nominal arrangement arrived as a gift for my husband’s mother.

Such a beautiful display and so pleased!!! I talked to Carole and asked for an orchid plant and we could not be happier!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Lovely! I walked in and got a gorgeous arrangement of lillies. My budget was $ 40 and there are about 10 flowers plus all the greens and of course my choice of ribbon. The shop is very small but I love my product!

Not many Floral shops are open on Sundays but luckily thanks to my handy dandy Unilocal app I found this place!
My cousin gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at Kaiser a few weeks ago and I wanted to congratulate her with some pretty flowers. I noticed this place before because I would eat Sushi a few doors down. I walk in and I’m assuming thats Carole arranging some floral designs. She greeted me and asked me what type of flowers I wanted and the occasion. I told her the occasion and she suggested some pink roses, and some other pink flowers I cannot remember. She also asked for my budget and which was very comforting to know that she will make something within your budgets reach.
So she began pulling flowers from the back and in the fridge, my fiancé wasn’t really keen on her design at first because she only had roses out. But then as went on then we began to see a little bit more of colors and flowers. At the end it came out to be a very pretty and vibrant arrangement.
Also a plus they have balloons (not much selection) but it saves you a stop. And she packs it really nice in a box and stuffs it with tissue paper to keep it still. The only thing that I would have changed was the ribbon for the balloon, it was quite circusy and it didn’t go well with the color scheme.
And the shop doesn’t really have a waiting area so you and your fiancé will have to take turns or better yet have him wait in the car.

Great customer service, pleasant, and considerate when Carole called me when my relative’s complete name was not listed at the hospital and she had the delivery person wait until she could check if there was another name for my relative. Since I could not think of another name, I told Carole to return the arrangement to the shop and I would stop by on the way to the hospital on Sunday morning. I was very pleased with the Oriental design floral arrangement. I have confidence in future orders that her arrangements will be lovely for the price range I choose.
