Great products great service. Been coming here for over 7 years for all my new phones. They always have the newest cases for the latest phones even before the actual phone releases!

Store policy is that you can exchange within 7 days(no refunds) for equal or higher value. When I tried to exchange my case on the same day that I purchased it(rhinestone fell off), I was told that the case I wanted to exchange it for was of less value(and therefore, not eligible for exchange). I pointed out that the case I purchased and the case I wanted to exchange(for) were both marked at $ 25 but sales clerk gave me some bull crap answer that I was not charged properly… that the case I purchased was actually $ 30 even though I was charged $ 25. I pointed out that the phone cases(like the one I purchased) were all marked $ 25 but she said that they recycle the plastic packaging and sometimes, they forget to charge the correct price. I was like, «What!!!» Talk about absolute, nonsense BS!

Worst customer service ever!!! Melissa the sales associate could not set up my selfi stick that was purchased from there Pearlridge Xpress wireless accessories. I found it pretty odd that I had to follow Melissa into Tmoble to ask the sales woman of Tmoble if she knew how to pair the selfi stick to my phone(The product that she sold at her Khios). SMH! The owner Desha Ramos needs to train her staff properly! I’m shocked how Melissa asked me if I wanted her selfi stick that her Boss Desha had given her for Christmas. Really??! Wish I could remove the one star!
