As soon as my package is up I will never Tan darque Zone again, after already having my base tan the owner Jim says since I didnt get my base tan there he will not let me Tan the full time and he will note all employees to only let me tan 1min. longer each time so I will be using 10 of my full price Tans until I can get full time, Not to mention he was yelling this at me in front of other customers, He is very disrespectful, and to embarrass a 20+yr customer like that was extremely hurtful.

Pricing & parking is great.
Staff is usually annoyed, young, girls who are on their cell phones. None of them no anything about the products, they all guess.
The place is never clean, a lot of my close friends have left because of that reason alone.
There hours are never consistent and to call in is a joke. No one ever answers, line continuously rings.
I do like how if you wanna upgrade they allow you to pay next day and ½ off upgrade days.
They’re 5 min away so its convenient but I am considering elsewhere.

Although I’ve been tanning here for years I find it very mediocre. The place is never very clean. The staff is usually unfriendly and annoyed. However the owners are always nice and the prices are pretty reasonable. The thing that annoyed me lately and prompted me to write this review is the fact that they change the hours ALL the time. Last I knew Sunday hours were 11 – 5 so I tried to go tanning today to find the doors locked and they apparently close at 3 now?! inconvenient and a waste of gas.

This place is really NOT that great. It’s very dirty, the pricing is a bit high, and the employees are anything but friendly. This location is in a very bad part of Akron. Don’t waste your money here. Go to a better tanning facility/​location.

Big warehouse space full of tanning beds and mystic booths. Very little wait, except one time when 3 generations of women (no kiddng, grandma was there too) were all lined up for spray-​on tans.
