Lube Stop

I give them one star, I wish I could go lower. Today 7−21−15 I went to get an oil change at 3:30pm. It was trucks ahead of me. They asked me to moved back a little so they can move the trucks around to get them in the service station. I move where he directed me to move. He NEVER said move back up. I’m waiting over 30 minutes to get in. Another car comes up out of no where and goes right in the empty service station. I call in to talk to a manager he said ‘you never moved up’. I said he never ask me to move up. He told me where to move and that’s where I stayed. The manager says well I can give you a $ 5 discount! That is not even the tax on what I would have paid. Then he says we will be with you in about five minutes. After fifteen more minutes I left. I have been going to them for about four years. I will NOT be returning. He was talking very flippie to me. As if he could not believe I called in for that. My time is just as valuable as anyone else’s.

I had no idea what the hell to do about anything. After all, I was driving the mother’s car to get an oil change. When the man working on the car knows more than the driver does about the car, that’s a bad sign.
The crew here was helpful and nice to me, even though I was quite retarded when it comes to vehicle repair. They went step-​by-​step with me on what all they would do, and even went step-​by-​step with me over my bill, which was only the sales tax. All in all, they seemed to be really nice guys. I couldn’t see any «what the hell is this guy thinking» looks, which was a plus.
These guys were knowledgeable, too, so this was actually one of the quickest oil changes I’ve ever had. If you need your oil changed, go here. Don’t go to State Street Tire in Barberton or Coventry Twp. — I trust those guys as much as I trust LeBron James with making decisions that affect a city’s future.
Why is this only four stars? This was my first time here. I do not have the experience with the guys to properly evaluate them. My first impression was in the 4 star range, which is nothing to be embarrassed about.
