The Best Cakes in Akron! We have used Reeves cake shop for years. We used them for our wedding over 30 years ago and are still using them today for our families birthday cakes and desserts. They are located on a side street off of waterloo road but definitely worth the drive. Don’t forget about their cookies and pastries, they are always fresh and delicious!

PROCEED WITH CAUTION! I went to all of the Bridal shows last fall that reeves cake shop participated in. I also attended a cake tasting at their shop. I was prepared to put my order in after the today’s bride bridal show in October, but unfortunately my family and I were ignored but their representatives. I went on both Saturday and Sunday to see if they would treat us the same way and they did. I was heartbroken because their cakes are so beautiful and I wanted to have them make my wedding cake. But I won’t tolerate being treated that way and neither should you! I’ll Never even consider them for anything in the future! I work at a bridal shop and I’ll make sure every bride knows NOT to go there!

Reeves made our wedding cake, and it was OUTSTANDING!
One of the biggest compliments that we got on our entire meticulously planned wedding was from a cousin who is a self-​proclaimed dessert snob, who uniformly declared that this was BY FAR the BEST cake she had ever had!
