Sophia did a phenomenal job on my nails my very first time here. She trimmed my cuticles, carefully applied my gel color, and meticulously trimmed off any excess color around the nail bed. I got compliments as soon as I went out in public, even though I just got a solid color and nothing fancy. Ask for Sophia if you want an absolutely amazing job on your nails! Worth every penny!

I got a really nice mani/​pedi here. It was very clean and the pedicure was not just a basic rub and paint like i’m used to, it was a full on massage. Everyone who worked here was really friendly, and I was running late and they were more than accommodating to help rush me along without sacrificing quality on my nails.

I love this place. The employees are wonderful. They treat you so kind. The entire time they make you feel like family. I like the fact that they are open on Sundays wich makes it convenient for me get my nails done. My nails always look absolutely beautiful when. They are done.

Awesome, wonderful, relaxing, attentive, pampering experience!!! Since I travel a lot it’s hard to know what establishments are good. I always ask employees at the hotel where I’m staying and I read the reviews. I heard good things about Soho Nailsalon & Spa.
I made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early. I was greeted then taken back by Lo mma. He made sure I was comfortable then Eng joined him preparing my water for the pedicure. To my surprise both men proceeded to do both my manicure and pedicure at the same time. They continued to ask if I was comfortable or wanted anything. I had wonderful conversation with both men and Eng gave me recommendations of places to visit while in town. I felt pampered the whole time. If we had a salon where I live in Virginia that treated their customers this wonderful, they would have a waiting list and women would never want to leave. I wish I could take them back to VA with me.

By far the best nail salon in portage lakes and Akron! Eng and his staff are beyond professional and truly make you feel like the valued customer you are. They go above and beyond and their work is impeccable. I couldn’t stress enough, THIS IS THE NAIL SALON TO GO TO!

Fantastic shop to get pink and white acrylics. The most beautiful set of nails I’ve ever had. Hands down the best nail spa in the immediate area. The owner and employees are very professional and hospitable. Many selections of services and quite competitive in price.

Very clean and friendly staff. I felt welcome. I did not care for my Shellac pedicure. It look like I had did it myself. My nails were very uneven and shorter then I for. The polished was not put on neat. I left and had polish on my thumb and fingertip. The three stars is for the hospitality.
