I bought the Groupon. They were great. Carpets are amazing and better than when we even moved into our house!!! So excited. Will be getting our security deposit back. Will definitely recommend!!!

I bought the groupon deal, needed only 2 rooms done, but large rooms that totaled about the square footage bgreen coupon stated as the maximum. I have light carpets that are old, I live in the country, and have a black lab that runs in and out all the time, so my carpets were very dirty and I actually want to replace them with a laminate floor.
Tony came, measured the floor, then explained about the steam process vs the much more expensive deep clean process. I was thinking «oh boy, another bait and switch scam». I had already moved all the furniture from large areas of the rooms, and since I was committed at that point, I told Tony to just go ahead with e basic steam clean since I plan on removing the carpet in the near future and just needed basic cleaning for the Holidays.
Well to my surprise, Tony did an amazing job with the basic cleaning. He improved the look in areas that I thought would never come clean. Everything looks and smells great. Thank you Tony for your professional work, your courtesy, and your promptness.
Because it was the middle of winter, and quite cold in my house, it took overnight for the carpet to dry, but that was a minor inconvenience because I am so happy with the great job Tony did for the groupon price. I highly recommend you ask for Tony when you call for carpet cleaning.

B Green Service and Nate especially, the technician, did an amazing job. I purchased a Groupon of $ 49 value and was told over the phone that a deep cleaning treatment would be extra. (I was very happy they gave me this heads up before meeting with the technician).
The technician arrived on time, very professional, and clearly explained the steps of service. Mid-​way through I decided I wanted an additional cleaning, the stairway. Nate was accommodating and happy to do it. Very pleased with my experience and I would def get this service again!

The owner of BGreen called me wanting to know what had happened with my cleaning. He told me the person who did the cleaning was no longer with them, as he had had other complaints about that person.
He offered to do another full cleaning. I think this shows he does care and I’m very happy with the follow up.
