Kelly-Moore Paint Store

Just grabbed a sample of fluffy pink paint for my Salon. Kenneth was very accommodating and immediately showed me to the seating area and allowed me to check out the paint swatches that weren’t on display.
I noticed the discount displayed on Unilocal of %30 off premium paint and a complimentary quart to sample your new color. It was simple and I downloaded the coupon in store. I definitely recommend this KM.

Carlos, Juanita and Andrew are fantastic. I had a situation where I needed to repaint 8 ft. of a fence that enclosed a half acre (so a big, long fence). When I called up to make sure they still carried the paint I needed, I found out it was being discontinued. That meant either my 8 ft. section wouldn’t match the rest of the fence, or I’d have to repaint the entire thing with a color they *did* had in stock! :-0
Fortunately, there were 3 cans of the discontinued paint at the Alameda store, and 8 at the Hayward Store. Andrew put the 3 cans on hold for me in Alameda, and it was no problem when I had my contractor pick them up instead because I was unexpectedly called out of town on a family emergency (it never rains but it pours).
Later, my contractor told me he thought he’d paid more than I’d been quoted. I worked with Juanita and Carlos who were happy to pull the sales receipt from two days prior, and it turns out he paid exactly what I’d been quoted. I can’t thank all three enough for helping to ensure I had the paint I needed for my fence repair — I can’t even imagine having to paint the entire fence again! — as well as clarifying the info on the sales invoice. Thanks guys, you are life savers! :-)

I have had to make nearly a dozen trips to this store during my home renovation and every single time the staff members have been extremely friendly and helpful. Carlos and Cierra were so patient and kind even when I had to be driving them crazy by changing my mind and requesting more then a half a dozen samples of paint over the course of several trips to the store. It is rare to get great customer service especially with such consistency these days. Management at Kelly Moore must be doing something right to keep their employees so happy and joyful at work. Thank you for being so awesome guys!
