The magic of Aberscan was the personal touch. George and Moyra took great care of the family albums that were being scanned, and organized them so carefully once they were scanned. They communicated throughout the process and were always available to answer questions.
Bottom line, this is a great service but also people who you can trust with your important photos and keepsakes. They scanned several boxes of photos and over a dozen photo albums, and they were all handled with real care and attention.

We were very pleased with Aberscan’s services. They scanned and restored approximately 75 very old and fragile family photos. The photos were of various sizes and condition. Some very very scratched and faded. We were delighted with the digital copies produced for us — they were beautiful. Aberscan was professional, speedy and an very good value.

My grandmother passed away and I needed to have 100’s of photo’s scanned for her memorial service in less than a week. Aberscan came to the rescue!
Many of the photo’s dated back to the early 1900’s (my Grandmother was nearly 95 years old) and they came out beautifully on the slideshow DVD.
George was also able to make a slideshow for me along with adding music in the background. Before he made the final copy, he even sent me links through e-​mail to check out the video first and make changes.
His price is reasonable, service and communication was great, and product was fantastic.
The quality of photo’s is just amazing. I made copies of the DVD and sent to family… it’s really a great way to get old memories more accessible.

Aberscan helped me with a DVD of some old pictures for my sisters 50^th. They did a great job, even though I gave them a lot of pictures in poor condition the video turned out great! My sister was very pleased. They were able to add some great music and worked with me to get the DVD just right. I would definitely reccommend them to my friends.

Very sweet people. I wanted to put all of my uncles old slides on a disk for his funeral. They were able to copy hundreds of slides in a short amount of time. I am soooo thankful for this. It really ment alot to my family. The copies looked even better then the orginal slides!

I hired Aberscan Imaging to digitize several hundred photos for me. They did a great job and were very fast. I’m delighted with their work.

Aberscan scanned and restored several old and very old photos that I intend to hang down our portrait hallway. Several pics needed restoration, i.e. creases smoothed, color restored and in one instance, extraneous people removed! George does very good work!
Moyra is now in the process of scanning thousands of my pics from over a few decades. I trust her with my precious photos.

They just scanned another 800 old family photos from the 1980’s. They do a great job of cleaning them up so I can put them in Shutterfly albums. Very fast service.

I had a 500 35 millimeter color Kodak and Agfa slides from the late sixties. I used a neighbor’s old slide viewer and disposed of some of them. Aberscan scanned them, used some proprietary software to clean and enhance the images, and put them to dvd. Amazing job. Now I have the pictures in Dropbox and have been sharing with friends from my youth. Moyra and George restored some wonderful memories with total professionalism!

This man is a genius. My house burnt and I though I had lost some very old and meaningful photos. They scanned and touched up the pictures and they look new. Not only that, but now I have all my photos on disk and they can never be lost again. And — bonus– he came to my house! THANK YOU

Aberscan was great to work with. I had to quickly get pictures scanned for my fathers funeral service, of which was very time sensitive. I dropped of a handful of pictures my mom wanted in the slide show and Aberscan came to the rescue.
Moyra and George understood my situation and expedited the service. They scanned pictures on to a CD that worked well for our slide show and now we will have for a lifetime. They also touched up and repaired some older pictures. George was sweet and contacted me to ensure the repaired images was to my liking.
Can’t rave enough about them. I went to them in October 2012 and will be making another visit soon to scan more pictures.

Aberscan took an old photo, creased and faded, and scanned it so that we could use it in a print ad. The result was amazing! Not only was the quality outstanding, but the time it took to have this done was so fast.
My Mother in Law is coming soon with 52 photos albums, and I’ll be taking them to Aberscan to have them digitized!

Aberscan did an amazing job with our priceless wedding album and family photos. The quality of the scanned images is amazing, even though some of the photos had to be scanned directly from the album and some of the original loose photos were damaged. Care was clearly taken to get the best out of each.
The remarkable thing about this service, however, is that it was all done in a single day. I happened to mention that we were going to be including these images in a slide show for a fast-​approaching family celebration. Aberscan made the extra effort to both expedite the service (at no additional charge) and contact me so that I could pick up the CD with scanned images files within a few hours of dropping off the photos.

Moyra and George were phenomenal to deal with — professional, friendly and took great care with my family photos which dated back to the 1860’s. Given the age of the photos, it was important for us to deal with a local company and know they were safe.
I initially purchased a voucher for 300 scanned images and was anxious to get everything taken care of before the voucher expired. They called me from Europe to follow up and assured me they would honor the voucher even if it was to expire. In total, they scanned about 4000 images for me and made extra DVDs so each of our immediate family will have a complete set.
Unfortunately, I had used several other imaging companies before finding Aberscan… there is simply no comparison. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Back in June, I purchased a coupon for Aberscan Imaging to scan 300 photos for $ 30 but I kept forgetting to take advantage of it until the day it was to expire. Frantically, I searched through my photo albums until I gathered the required photos. I called up Aberscan Imaging to confirm the information and everything was good to go except I had an emergency come up so I couldn’t deliver the photos that day. I called Moyra and she said, «No problem!» She said I wasn’t the only one to procrastinate until the last minute. I delivered the photos the next day and Moyra said it would be a week or so before they were done but they had them finished much sooner! And all of the images looked wonderful. Nothing fancy but they did the job in a timely manner. Now I want to find other jobs to have Aberscan Imaging complete for me.

I recently took over 400 medium format negatives to Aberscan to be scanned and put into a digital format (DVD). I was hard pressed for a provider to scan this odd sized negative and to do so without charging me an arm & a leg. Costco does not do this size and Ritz/​Wolf Camera wanted more than twice the cost per negative.
I received my DVD 2 days after dropping off the negatives which I was thrilled about. The quality was much more than I had expected. Thank you Aberscan!
