I am so happy with the service and products I purchased through Albany Carpet Warehouse. Their pricing was the most competitive by far AND they were amazing to work with. They were helpful, professional and friendly AND they delivered what they promised — ON TIME. I would definitely work with them again when purchasing carpeting, tile or hardwood flooring.

Went there on a Saturday morning, I’m almost positive our salesman was drunk. Gave us some vague advice. Needless to say we left. We went down the street and had a much better experience.

Went here at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Seemed to be one other customer there and a salesperson in a back room (?) We wandered to the back side of the store, looked at some carpeting rolled up on the floor and spent about ten minutes comparing samples. We walked back out to the main space and could find no one. We were never greeted, never spoken to and we ended up walking out and Googling other carpet stores. Happily we found one that met our needs and needless to say, this place has been scratched off our list for any future needs.
