Build A Burger Pub

This is my first review on Unilocal but afrer trying the burger, I had to review it. If you want a great burger and a beer, this is the place to try. I stopped for lunch and was amazed at the quality of the burger! I got mine with fried onions and mozzarella and it was fantastic. Matt, the bartender is fun, I think he made my burger. If you want a place to have a great burger and a couple of beers, this is the place.

We are headed here again tonight after a great experience last Monday night! Simple and delicious burgers, a fun bartender, and football bingo!
It’s definitely a dirty spoon atmosphere, but being surrounded by good people makes up for it all. Fast service for drinks and food. Don’t come here if your looking for fancy or have your nose turned up — come here purely for cheap American beer, simple pub food, and good people.
This has become our every Monday night place.

Second time here and second 5 star. Service is top notch here. The bartender was quick to refill my drink when I was empty. Food is still awesome.

Everydays is (for lack of a better word) a dive bar. But that’s not a knock. I’m ok with dive bars, and I especially like dive bars that serve good food. So you can imagine how intrigued I was when I stumbled across their website which proudly boasts they have the best burger in Albany.
We seated ourselves at the bar and ordered beers. We were seated right in front of the taps, and I could also see the bottled beers in the fridge behind the bar. To say their beer selection is lacking is an understatement. The only non «piss beer» I could see was Goose Island. Beer aficionado’s will be very disappointed.
Upon informing our bartender we wanted to build a burger, she promptly brought each of us each a clipboard and a pen for recording our choices. The burger options are broken up into two sections, one for grilled toppings and cheese, and the other for cold toppings and condiments, which are served on the side. There is also a choice of fries or potato chips, and how you’d like your burger cooked, rare, medium, etc.
The fries I ordered with my burger were excellent. I don’t know for sure if they were fresh cut and I think they were, but if they weren’t, they were some of the best frozen fries I’ve ever had.
The burger was good, delicious even, with one shortcoming, the beef patty. A good burger is about the burger first and that’s where Everydays falls short. It just wasn’t that good. It lacked flavor and juiciness, and even though I only ordered two toppings, it got lost among the bun and toppings.
The best burger in Albany? No. A decent burger? Yes. If the beef patties in their burgers were better, it’d be a solid 4 stars.

This place has amazing burgers. Went here last night after Juicy Burger messed up our online order. The bun was crispy on the bottom, the burger was juicy and cooked perfectly, the toppings are delicious, the horseradish mayo is really good, and the bacon that they put on the burgers is crispy but not to the extent that it crumples and falls off. They load their burgers with toppings and I was full half way through.
