Hit or miss-depending on your waitress. Recent staff turnover appeared to affect waiting times for several tables. Waited an hour on the salad today.

I have had a lot of good food here, with great service. I have some instances where the food was good, but the service was not. Today, was the day where the food was bad and the service was average. It is a Sunday, so the place is packed. I decided to try a steak for a change, and that was a mistake. Usually I expect the salad to arrive before the meal, but I found out that is not the way it is done here. Long story, short, the potato was the best part of the meal. I will never order any other steak there again, unless it is country fried, and I won’t be coming back on a Sunday.

This morning was my first visit to this location. The hostess was great, and gave us the perfect seat for my car watching son. The waitress was fantastic. She was really engaged with my son, and started dancing with him. She was just charming. The food was cooked to perfection. My mom accidentally spilled chocolate milk on the table, and our waitress graciously cleaned it up. We left full and happy. The cashier was also courteous. Overall great first impression. I would definitely go back the next time that we come to town.

One serving of jelly for two biscuits. Yogurt parfait consisted of a bowl of yogurt with a what appeared to be a ground up granola bar and craisins, not exactly menu accurate. Seems like if you aren’t a regular the manager doesn’t have time for you. Very overpriced. Go to Pearlys if you want quality!

We always visit this Cracker Barrel when ever we visit Albany. Food is always good and the service is very friendly. We are a family of 10 and pretty much tear up the breakfast menu… regardless of the time of day. Enjoy!

Yeah, really didn’t like the service and the food wasn’t memorable, but my family seemed to have a good time. The gift store is also neat, but overpriced. Overall, I’d rather go to a local place than this chain.

Service is always terrible but the food makes it worth going back… How hard is it to refill a drink? Waiter took order and messed it all up and had to wait longer for food. Getting it to go would be a better choice.

After a night of heavy drinking, my friends and I were thinking of heading to Cracker Barrel for a heavy duty breakfast instead of our typical post drinking bender at the Waffle House. Upon entering we were hit by the air fall spice air fresher and the sensory overload that was their store. We were swiftly seated in a table seating that sat 4, but only had 3 chairs… there were 4 of us. I would figure that the hostess or waitress would get us a chair, but we had to get one on our own… I kind of was disappointed by this. I decided to go for the Old Timer’s Breakfast which entailed two sunny side eggs, bacon, buttermilk biscuits, the hash-brown casserole, and grits. My eggs and bacon were good, as well the the biscuits, but I was a little disappointed by the amount hash-browns that were provided. The grits were bland and were a little congealed… honestly they were not appetizing at all. The service was OK, it could have been better as I had to ask for refills every so often. Honestly, looking back on it I would have had tastier food, larger servings, and more bang for my buck at Waffle House. Especially since the cashiers at WaHo don’t try to peddle random knick-nacks or preserves when you pay your bill. I am also not going to deny that I miss listening to the«waffle house family song» or the«devil went down to Ga» when I’m hung over and eating breakfast food at around noon.
