Excellent customer service. Mark Cox and team are just wonderful. After looking online at Warby Parker and other locations such as DiNoppoli, wound up picking LensCrafters at the mall — and couldn’t be happier. Very nice to have very knowledgeable staff while also being friendly and low key. They did a great job fitting frames with glasses and getting the right combination of both. Also had great customer service. When an error was found in my new pair of glasses. They more than made up for it — both promptly and to my great benefit and satisfaction. Can’t recommend them more highly. I’ve already bought another pair as has my partner.

I go here to get my contacts and glasses. I travel a lot for work so it’s unknown what my schedule will be for stuff, but the staff here is very helpful and always find a way to get me taken care of when I’m in a hurry.

I generally have very good experiences at LensCrafters. This time, it wasn’t the best. The eye exam itself was just as expected: quick, easy, and painless. But when it came to ordering the proper glasses I needed, it took them about 30 minutes on the computer to simply put in the order. Then, one week later, I receive one pair, and they tell me the other two pairs were coming in later, and they would notify me when they were in. After another week or so, I decided to contact them again, as it had been almost 2 – 3 weeks since I had been waiting. They apologized and told me that they had received one pair at the store, and should have called when they arrived, but they must have made a mistake. The third pair was shipped to me a couple days later, and were actually what appeared to be knock offs of the 350 dollar Ray Ban’s I purchased. I took them in, and again, they apologized, and replaced the pair with another that they just happened to have sitting in the store at the time. All in all the end game was alright, but boy did I get a reach around!

I have been in glasses since first grade, and I am old now. That is to say that I have been to a lot of glasses places and through A LOT of glasses in my lifetime. I write, then, with some sense of authority when I say that the staff here is exceptional. The manager, Mark, not only helped me with the glasses that I was purchasing but was willing to go the extra mile to help my partner with her glasses and prescription, though they were not from LensCrafters(he even followed up with her about the issues she was having via phone days after our having been there). It took multiple visits and the addition of Daniel chipping in some glasses ideas before I finally settled on a pair. Unfortunately when I finally got the pair of glasses that the friendly staff had invested hours of their time in helping me find I just COULDNOT get used to them on my face. So guess what? True to their policy, Mark graciously took them back and helped me attain the pair that now sit on my face and allow me to see the screen upon which I type this review. I later went back and purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses here and had an equally friendly and attentive experience.

I had such an incredible experience at this lens crafters that I had to write review. I came in late Friday night about an hour before they were going to close. I started working with Matthew who helped me look through every pair of glasses in the store. We select a number of glasses that looked good on me and kept them for later. Then we used a machine to weed out the particular glasses didn’t look good with more light and when I had my glasses on, able to see. By the time we’re all set and done he got a huge discount on my glasses. After all my uncertainty, Matthew was there with me for an hour after they closed. And he could not have been nicer and more courteous about the whole process. I had an excellent experience there and I loved every minute of it. I wouldn’t be going anywhere else for glasses. The selection could have been larger but they have so many great styles you bound to find something you’ll love. I highly recommend this lens crafters and it’s employees!

We have been going to this LensCrafters for many years. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the selection of frames is huge with a good price range that helped us to choose for all of the family. The services offered are the best we have found in the area and they are open every day so getting adjustments or repairs is very easy. The staff takes a lot of time to help you, especially the manager Peter, and the company stands by their guarantees which is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Wait: 5* for a glasses place? Yeah, really. OK, maybe 4.5, but I’m feeling generous. Still: the staff(and especially the spiky-haired manager whose name I have sadly forgotten; I only discovered he was the manager when I asked if he had a boss to praise him to) went out of their way to lower my cost, track down my prescription, identify the perfect frames, and so on. Speedy without being rushed, and sufficiently professional that I even agreed to the up-sell of a warranty(well, that and the fact that the previous pair being destroyed by my 3 year-old was the reson for the visit!). Well above the norm for Lenscrafters.

I initially came here because my last pair of contacts ripped and I needed new ones and a new prescription ASAP in January 2010. They have a lot of available appointments, I will give them that. That’s about all I liked about this place. When being seen by the optometrist, I felt like I was a «number» or being rushed out as if I were on an assembly line. He wasn’t personable at all, and when I tried to crack an ice-breaking joke, I didn’t even get a smile from him. He put me on a new brand of contacts(Acuvue Oasys) even though I had not had problems with my old brand. Ever since then, I have experienced itchy, red eyes when I wear the contacts. I thought it was my allergies, but after reading some Acuvue Oasys reviews, I am certain it’s these damn contacts the optometrist insisted would be better for me. I called back(albeit 7 months later) once I realized it wasn’t me, it was the contact lens, to see if I could be fitted for a new pair. Sure, they said, but it will probably cost you another $ 100 for the exam. NOTHANKS, I will go to the opthamologists office that accepts my medical insurance. Way to try to keep your customers. Also, I bought a pair of glasses in March or April. My dog destroyed my Ralph Lauren glasses, and though Lenscrafters sells them, they didn’t have them in stock and told me I’d have to wait for a new shipment. I waited until the new shipment came, was going to buy a pair I didn’t really like, then thought i’d ask if I could just order my old Ralph Lauren glasses. Oh yes, you can. Why wasn’t I told a week before when I initially came in? They ordered the frames and lenses, because they didn’t have my lenses in stock, then cut the lenses for the wrong frame, then had to reorder the lenses to correctly cut them for the frame I had actually purchased. I was beyond annoyed(at this point, it had been 10 days since I’d ordered my glasses and I had been told it would take no more than a week). I asked them if there was anyway the other lenscrafters store that was 10 minutes away had the lens in stock. They did! I had my glasses within 2 hours. Why did I have to make that suggestion to the employers? I would think they would use their heads and actually take initiative to see how issues like this can be fixed. The people that work here don’t seem to really care about their jobs or the customer/patient. I won’t be back.
