Alex had quoted me one rate on a washer and dryer. He became very irritated when I questioned the need to their Loss Damage Waiver and Benefits Plus. I was going to reluctantly accept the LDW but decline the benefits plus. The two extra add ons would have added about 30% to the price of my rental. He finally became very agitated and said that either I sign or he would just give me my money back. I opted to take my money back and go elsewhere. Aaron’s offers better service and lower prices and no hidden fees.
