Super tender pastrami. The owner (Michelle) is sweet! Don’t go to Panera… this deli is the real deal. Support local!

Summary– Non-​chain place right off Wolf Rd. delivers rather good sandwiches. I eat here often because it’s a nice not chain alternative.
Food– 3.5 Stars
All the sandwiches I have had have been good. Their subs, although a touch expensive, are pretty large and have a lot of everything on them.
So far my favorite is the Saratoga Dash.
Service– 4 Stars

5 Stars for having Polar 20oz seltzers.

Not cheap but they are big sandwiches.

Located at the back corner of the Hannaford (Windsor) Plaza, adjacent to the Computer Drive South and Sand Creek Rd intersection.
The Corner Deli was a strictly a Monday-​Friday sandwich shop for quite some time, but then they extended their hours and are now open on Saturdays serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The place is order at the counter and there are a few tables inside.
They use Boar’s Head meats for the sandwiches. The menu is posted on a big chalkboard behind the counter and the offerings include breakfast sandwiches & burritos, grilled Paninis, made to order deli sandwiches, subs, & wraps, salads, deli salads, soups, chips, cooler drinks, coffee, and small bakery items. Regular sandwich prices start at $ 5.25, most signature sandwiches are priced $ 6.45 to $ 9.25, salads $ 4.25 to $ 7.25. A cup of soup and ½ deli sandwich is $ 7.95. Daily specials are offered here and posted on their Facebook page.
I stopped in here on Small Business Saturday for a sandwich during a recent shopping run in Colonie. I ordered the Classic Rueben ($ 7.40 plus tax) with dill pickle spear, which had tender lean thin corned beef slices, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing between grilled pressed rye bread (crisp on the outside), a pretty standard reuben sandwich. The Corner Deli would very likely be on my normal rotation for lunch spots if I still worked in the immediate vicinity.
Also, I decided to purchase a neat discount coupon book as a «holiday gift for my appetite» sold at the counter, which benefits a local elementary school in town. I can Unilocal around the Capital Region and save money at the same time through next year!
