If honesty is the best policy, then this place is the best. George, in particular, makes every effort to come in at a cost that is either at or lower than their estimates, and if underlying problems are determined while they are checking your car out, they let you know before moving forward with the work. No surprises here. Just honest work at an honest rate by a friendly staff that puts their customers first. Their work is first rate too.

Several years ago while driving on the Long Island Expressway my car began to lose power and the dreaded «Check Engine» light was illuminated, I exited the L.I.E. and aimlessly drove looking for assistance, I stumbled upon Bill’s Friendly and limped into there driveway, well long story short I have been bringing all of my families cars there ever since, we have owned domestic vehicles as well as imports, both Japanese and German and Bill’s has never let us down.
What makes this place so special is that they are the complete package:
1) Quality, I have never had to bring a car back because they didn’t repair it correctly the first time, they have very little personnel turn over, same mechanics for years!
2) The service, George is always accommodating and professional and if says «I will call you» he actually calls… EVERY TIME!
3) Pricing, Fair, very reasonable. I have never ever felt as though I have been taken advantage of.
I have been driving for many years and have frequented several auto repair places over the years, some good, some not so good, but I can with full confidence recommend Bill’s Friendly Auto Service.
Oh, Also they sell gas and they are full service, old school, and that is nice on those cold winter mornings.

Before this all my auto service work was done through a dealer. Auto dealers auto shops were more expensive, time consuming, and not as reliable.
