Fraud!!! Sold a carbon monoxide detector that kicked a fault msg in my camper. Hooked it up to a battery in their shop and it «worked fine»…who cares if it worked on your battery. It wasn’t working in my set-​up whereas the previous unit still worked. Employee refused to offer a discount and used the try it again or I’ll need to ask my boss excuse since it was“electronics”…never mind that total absence of any return policy on their 2 receipts!!! Save yourself some time and avoid this place… should have stuck with my gut and went back to rocky man even when they had reopened

Passing through and had an issue with the slide out on our trailer. JD tried to help us on the phone to avoid cost to us and when it couldn’t be resolved they got us right in. We went for breakfast and halfway through they called and had the loose wires fixed. Wonderful people here — so helpful!!! Thanks for the amazing service! Back on the road in two hours. Wow!
