Fresh and delicious gourmet chicken salad. Amazing chocolate mint tea. Scrumptious pastry. Friendly and fast service. Great selection of teas to take home. Fun gifts. I will definitely be coming back. What a great little shop!

I’m going out on a limb with 5 stars for my very brief, limited experience here, but I have to say that this was as good as it gets for a quick, on-my-way-to-the-airport kind of stop! I drove into Albuquerque from Shiprock, NM one morning, and stopped here for the overdue coffee and breakfast that I hadn’t had before leaving Shiprock around 5 o’ clock that morning. The very sweet lady working there(owner I think?) talked me through her teas and suggested the Lady Londonderry when I said that I wanted a tea latte. And then I spent a few minutes gawking at the pastries in the case before choosing the almond pocket, which she said had arrived fresh that morning. My tea latte was just perfect… smooth and a really nice pairing of tea and skim milk. The almond pocket was also delicious… flaky, like an almond croissant, though somewhat sturdier and all folded up into a perfect little square. I devoured that thing! Nommmmmm. I wanted to stay and admire the cute little trinkets and teas and gifts in the shop but unfortunately I didn’t have time… though I’m hoping to stop back by next week when I drive into Albuquerque again, to try a different tea and maybe browse a bit more. Definitely a winner!

Hadley’s is great. The owner is very sweet and friendly, exactly what you should expect from a local Coffee/tea shop. It’s sad stopping in at 9:30 on a weekday to see a line outside Starbucks, but yet Hadley’s is completely empty. I’ve only tried their espresso, lattes, and black coffee — all great, and all superior to their corporate neighbor. But if you work in the area, and you need coffee/tea, give Hadley’s a try. Support a local business.

Great selection of tea and they have a few daily ice tea flavors available, the owner is great and very nice, wish they had a better lunch selection but what they do offer is 5 star

Fun, quiet and enjoyable coffee/tea restaurant. Sitting and enjoying coffee with sugar free hazelnut syrup with pecan roll. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I’ve had lunch here in the past which was a sandwich. It was good. Not as good as hello deli, but minus the noise and crowd. We recommend to had The Hadley’s…:). Thanks for reading. The Bike Chaplain

Great find. Stopped in after a doctor’s appointment(why else would I be in this part of town?). Lovely assortment of teas and gifts. I found a beautiful teapot that perhaps I’ll go back and purchase. I bought a medium Earl Grey and a blueberry scone. The scone was light and crumbly, little extra sweetness, as a good scone should be. The tea had an excellent flavor. These two items cost me about $ 4.30. Much better deal than other places. I wish this place was near my house because it’s in too inconvenient of a location to visit often.

My favorite alternative to Starbucks. If you want to have a meeting and want to hear what is being said, come to Hadley’s. Plus they have the best selection of tea. The lavender chai is a must. It’s quaint and a great way to support local.

Unlike the sterile, corporate experience you get at Starbucks, which is literally about 6 doors down, come here if you want that small café/gift shop environment with decent espresso and delicious baked goods. This is a welcome, comfortable change from the status quo. This is now my favorite go-to place when I need to take a quick break from work.

My doctor office is near here and I decided to stop in the other day for some tea. Upon seeing the desserts I decided to get some of those too ;) I had the chocolate mint black tea-super duper yummy. I was going to buy some to take home, but they were sold out :(They did have lots of other teas for sale though. I also got some chocolate and a petit four(an itty bitty tea cake). I thought they made the chocolate and cake, but it turns out they order them from Moon Struck which was kind of a bummer. They were good but I like the idea of my food being made on premise personally. It was also definitely expensive for the chocolate and petit four(the petit four cost $ 2 and is like the size of my thumb… and I got 4 chocolates and it cost me $ 8). The tea was priced fairly though and was really yummy.

Cute little café. I can’t speak to anything but the espresso, which was great(Aroma). Relaxed atmosphere. I would return.

«You want the strawberry green tea. It’s our specialty iced flavor today. Everybody loves it. I can’t make enough of it.» In case you’re in the market for a refreshing cup of cool non-java, and you did not receive this recommendation from the friendly owner, and the flavor is actually available, get it. While you’re at it, strike up a quick discussion with her about how long she’s been in business and what her future plans are. You’ll learn a fascinating little nugget of truth about Seattlebucks, regarding their leasing stipulations and why, yet again, it’s always better to buy your caffeine locally. I agree with the remark that the place could use more comfortable seating options, but they’re cramming a lot of merch into a rather small locale. Didn’t try the food. Tried stealing Wi-fi from the neighbors, no worky. But I enjoyed my visit and I’m really happy to know this alternative exists in this otherwise characterless business park(save Torino’s).

Quaint, cozy, friendly sums up this lovely tea shop. Don’t get confused… It’s not an afternoon finger food high tea place however, they do have some pastries and cake and ohh I have spotted truffles. They also have sandwiches, soup and salad. Not really a gluten free friendly place in that you won’t find a specific gluten free menu however if you have been gluten free long enough you know what to order to stay safe. There are knick-knacks and all things tea to take home with you after spending time catching up on the latest novel or chatting with a girlfriend in what feels like a little comfy café in the country. Oh of course upgraded to the 21st century with wifi so you can sip and stay awhile. P.s skip Starbucks next door and support this local business. They also have coffee, expresso and lattes for you bean lovers.

This clearly is a place ONLY to buy tea. If I had just gotten tea, then my review would easily have been 4 stars. The tea was fantastic, and they had a great selection of loose leaf tea to try from. You know good tea, when you don’t need to add any sugar, honey, or milk to it. This was that good tea. The shop is also cute, and has a selection of various tea related items, and you can purchase your own loose leaf tea as well as select from some hand made chocolates(didn’t try these). The staff was also super friendly. One huge downside is that this place has a couple of comfy couches, but the rest are uncomfortable tables and chairs. Also, they do offer some food, and that is were the star is lost. The food is extremely underwhelming. The salad is just ice berg lettuce, and the sandwich was bland. Also, the coffee was nothing to write home about. Stick to the tea.

I love this cute like tea shop. The people that work here are incredibly friendly. If you have a question about teas, they are the people to ask. They also have a great selection of teas, just shelves and shelves of green/black/white/red teas.

It’s a little tea shop. They have all different type of tea for sale in here, from green to black to white, loose and in bags. If you like tea, this is a pretty good place for you to be. They also serve food, but I’ve never sampled it. Looks good, though, and there are a few little tables scattered around for people to sit at while they nosh and sip. Friendly staff, which is helpful since they have a wide assortment of teas and it can be a little confusing trying to sort through them all.

I was in town for a wedding, and stayed at the pyramid hotel nearby, we went to breakfast near by and I saw this tea shop. Now I don’t drink coffee, and can’t stand the flavor of it. But due to my addiction to the drug caffeine I need something in the morning to get me going. I am also not a fan of hot drinks in the morning. So Iced tea is my drink. I went in and was in heaven, flavored black and green teas for sale in bulk bags. and pre made teas of the day to take on the go hot or cold. I tried the strawberry flavored black iced tea, and bought a pound before I left town. I also bought some peach apricot tea. I have since ran out of both and am hoping to place an order on line to be delivered. The tea was amazing, and If you want something besides coffee, then this is the best place around. Anyways, give it a try, it is delicious.

I cannot believe this place isn’t a local treasure. This is an awesome, quiet café/tea-shop, where you can sample teas, or have a homemade chicken salad sandwich,(or both), while you’re on your lunch. They also have homemade chocolates, and sell some of their specialty teas and some sweet teapots to boot. They make soup a few times a week, I’m a fan of their broccoli & cheddar soup. If you work in the Jefferson area of town, swing by Hadley’s for some down home goodness.
