Starting with our visit to the showroom our experience with House of Floors was excellent. We were preparing to sell a house and needed an installation for two small rooms and we needed it asap. Becky treated us with the same professional attention that she might direct to a whole house job. They accommodated our need for a quick completion and they came through on time and with a reasonable price. Ryan supervised the installation which was done by two very competent and friendly experts who completed the work in exactly the time promised. Our experience with his business was one that impressed us with their attention to our needs(even though relatively modest) and their friendly professionalism! Strongly recommend this business to anyone needing carpet purchase and installation!

What a great job House of Floors just did on my carpet install! Not only did we get the BEST price from them, they were on time, professional and courteous. In other words, if I had this to do over again I would choose House of Floors every time! Thank you, Ryan!

Great service, good price; we had nothing but GOOD experiences with Ryan and all his staff. They are knowledgeable and helpful in the store, saving us a lot of time –they know their merchandise. Once we started working with Ryan on specifics, his staff was always on top of it, kept good communications, and each person knew how to look up all our information and help out; good telephone communications; the installers were excellent. Ryan gave good advice on our choices, helping us to finalize details; everyone was ONTIME and reliable; if there were any delays, we were promptly informed by the staff. Can’t say enough good about their store, service, products, and reliability; totally good experience and quality service.

Ryan from House of Floors was extremely helpful in working with me to find a smaller piece of carpet for a home project. The other places I called were unwilling to help and many said they would call back and didn’t. I will definitely come back here for future flooring needs!

i had used house of floors when called house of carpets several years ago to carpet just the kids rooms. The carpet still looks great. When selecting them I asked my friends and they too had used them with great success. So I was surprised that Unilocal had a single one star review. With the transformation of my home with new tile and carpets I was compelled to write a positive review. Ah now I know how Unilocal works my review has been suppress. Did house of carpets not pay the under the table fee to get the appropriate reviews? Are you trying to kill this wonderful store?

Update: While this company has made some effort to remed the situation, the tile is still not done professionally and I will not allow this company into my house due to their unprofessionalism and attitude to fix the remaining issues and will be hiring others to fix the continuing grout issues. After the initial review we continued to work with House of Floors to try to remedy the issues outlined but the experience never improved and I would still classify a nightmare. In addition, the company actually called late December to ask for an update to this review. We escalated the issue up to the owner of House of Floors. He stated to my partner that someone would come to look at the issue(stated in #5) but people were only available on a Thursday for the upcoming week. What he did not mention was that was his(owners) schedule. He stated that he did not know who would come out to look at the problem. I personally took time off of work to meet with them at a very inconvenient time for myself(10 am) since they were unwilling to rearrange their schedule. After arriving at home 10 minutes earlier than the appointment time of 10 am I waited… and waited and waited. No one arrived. I called House of Floors and the nice receptionist stated she had no idea why no one had showed up since it was on the owners calendar. I then received a call from my partner stating that the owner was very upset that no one was at the house and he left. I then played phone tag with the owners cell phone because he would not pick up and eventually returned to work. Apparently he went to the wrong house.(I personally don’t truly buy it). They then were able to reschedule someone to come out the following day, Friday. We specifically asked about coming out on Friday as someone could easily be here with no taking off work and they said no, they couldn’t do that and only Thursday would work for them. Well, Friday morning«Justin» came out. The person whom I specifically stated I would not work with given his argumentative attitude as described in #3 and #2. He came and looked again at the damage done by the solution of «wash it with dish detergent » described in #5. He did admit that isn’t the proper way to deal with hazing(which was not our issue). The grout was coming out in the areas where this wash was done, and the soft grout issues could not be explained.(After talking with others and consulting other tile installers, soft grout that never sets is indicative of oil in the grout. This occurs when oil from the mixing tool drops into the bucket). The solution was to remove and re-grout the 2 bathrooms. They sent the same tile guy out to do this function. At the time we had a contractor in the house at the same time doing some work installing windows. He came to myself and my partner later stating that they were not very good. Trying to not mix the grout enough and leaving it lumpy and they were badmouthing us saying we had to have caused the problems that were there — but he could give not reasoning to indicate why or how we would do this. The contractor was not surprised that we had issues with their work. After the re-grouting, we have not had issues with uncured grout, but the grout is horribly mottled still. Doing vinegar washes(the proper technique) has not helped the mottled look at all. Until the grout is in its final state it cannot be sealed. At this stage in time, I have grout that looks horrible and cannot be sealed as it is completely mottled and splotchy. I refuse to have the House of Floors come in anymore after the attitude and anger that we experienced from the owner all the way down to the tile installer. At this point our options are to either remove the grout again, or to attempt to dye the grout to a solid color. We have exhausted all cleaning treatments to try to fix the appearance of the grout. I cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone after this experience which still, unfortunately, is not over.
