Miami Nails II

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. The lady cut me wiped my blood with her finger and carried on. SERIOUSLY??? That is utterly gross and unsanitary! I mean I’m a clean person with no illnesses but if she did that to someone before she touched me without washing her hands? Very easy way to transfer diseases. YUCK! My nails are not all the same shape either. I only came here cause my nails were in horrible shape and it was close by. I reccomend to never come here! I reccomend NV Nails down the street.

We came here instead of going to our usual place, out of location conscience. We walked in, and no other costumer was there, so they seated us right away. That was the only good part. I told specifically please be careful I have a lot of cracks in my skin and 2 minutes later she forgot and filed the spot, even though I SPECIFICALLY told her not to. I came with my daughter and she was getting the manicure next to me. When we went to pay the lady charged us $ 5 extra because she charged us $ 27 instead of $ 25 per person which is what she told us the price was. We left and went right back in after my daughter took a closer look at her nails. The gel was all over her cuticles and the manicure was terrible. It was already starting to chip. They quickly filed away the extra gel and we left. Soon after we came back AGAIN for the 3^rd time and were very upset. The manicure was absolutely terrible. She cut the pieces of extra polish and repainted half of the nails. She refused to refund the payment (which we wanted because we wanted to go somewhere else). We got our $ 5 of extra charge back but she also charged us extra tax, but we didn’t get that back. We had an overall TERRIBLE experience and I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. Never coming back and not at all happy with outcome of nails.

Horrible customer service and even worse manicure. I came here a few days ago and had a manicure with regular polish that had chunks of glitter in it. I had never been to this location before and only realized after the fact that she charged me extra for a «design». I had to go back the next day because the polish was put on so thick it never dried and every nail was a mess. They wanted to charge me $ 15 for a polish change! She also told me they had not over charged me (apparently glitter polish is a design –um no). She said they don’t guarantee regular polish and I would have to pay extra for gel. We argued back and forth and finally she fixed the mess with new regular polish. She was angry the whole time and did a sub par job this time, too. It looked so bad I ended up just removing it myself the next day. I will NEVER be back.

it is really clean and they have a great atmosphere, my wife goes there and she loves it she convinced me to go with her one day. They sat her done she told they lady what she wanted and they understood and did it perfectly. So now I sat down and I got my first manicure (not the nail polish though) it felt awesome and my nails feel clean and good. If your hands or feet are feeling a bit plain, go to this place they won’t let you down.

I love the Miami Nails on the corner of Montgomery and Tramway, where I have been a customer for years. Susan, Kevin and Ivy work very hard to create beautiful nails, and they have the best $ 7.50 eyebrow arch in town! Love the massaging pedicure chairs!

I really like Susan doing my nails… if u ever come here ask for Susan! She’s also very nice which is a big combo!

I love it here! Always ask for Susan she is the best! She is the best whenever she did my pedicure, new set, waxing, and of course gel nails. Last time I went I saw new colors which makes me sequel! I rarely do new set of gel nails but I always get Susan to do my pedicure and waxing. Really relaxing when she gave me a massage!

Terrible! Don’t let the gentleman do your nails. The women are great but he’s the worst.

I just moved to town & needed a quick manicure before work. The good: they got me in a chair as soon as I walked in. The ladies were super friendly which makes this bad review very hard to write.
The gel manicure was terrible. The paint was all over my cuticles. I asked the technician to remove it and she started filing down the edges. She cut me twice, so bad I was bleeding, a lot!
The place is clean & friendly but the tech I had was not skilled at manicures at all. I will not go back.

The salon is nice and clean! They do a pretty good job at gels! And their pedicures always turn out nice!
This place used to be owned by some other people and I loved it, the new owners are okay, I think they are still getting the whole owning a business thing under their belt, but they are getting better!
