I just moved to Albuquerque and I have no idea what’s good and whats not so good, so I always turn to Unilocal to find the «local spots» and services. My cat decided it was a nice present to my husband and I to destroy our carpet. So after researching who to call for carpet repair I knew I had to call New Mexico Carpet Repair and Cleaning, I mean look at the consistent five stars! Isaiah is truly a master at his craft because no one can tell that damaged existed in the carpet. Isaiah is very professional and explained the mechanics of the carpet, which I found to be informative and beneficial. The cost was very reasonable and if the five stars haven’t convinced you yet to call Isaiah then I hope this review will.

Isaiah repaired a hallway carpet seam and another small patch. He was very careful with his work and took his time. He looked at the scraps we had and discussed which one would be best to repair the carpet. He also gave clear directions on what to do as follow-up care. The cost was reasonable. I would use his service again. The repair looks very good.
Isaiah was early to the appointment and cleaned up all of the materials used.
