Went here late Friday night(~midnight) after a flight because it was the closest thing open to my hotel. There were several cars in the drive-through line, and it moved so slowly that I just gave up after 20 minutes and went to the Pink Taco, which is also open late night(though be very careful what you order there, the barbacoa burrito was disgusting). This place was clearly understaffed, at least for the time frame in question.

We’ve been to this location in the past and were satisfied with the meals. The meal today was the worst meal ever. We waited 15 minutes for the sandwiches to be delivered. I had a Whataburger, and my husband had the newly announced Buffalo Ranch Chicken. Both were cold… and I do not mean not warm… I mean the bread on both were cold, as was the meat on both. Best part of the meal was the iced tea. Store #697. Order time: 1:39 pm. Not sure we will ever try this store again. Beware!

Same whataburger food. Just remodelled. But manager asking an employee who is helping a customer to answer the phone. No bueno!

For a normal person’s review of Whataburger, look no further. Unlike the other reviews, whose writers expect a five star world class dining experience when they walk into a fast food restaurant, the score I give is scaled according to whataburger’s target audience. I got the special green chile double meal, which was $ 7.59. It was a burger with two patties and green chile. The patties were juicy and succulent, but the green chile left a little to be desired. The fries weren’t as fresh as I would have liked, but in typical Whataburger fashion, they were still crispy and tasty. However, I give Whataburger four stars because it wasn’t as mind-blowingly delicious as I remember from my childhood. As it is now, Whataburger is simply an above average fast food restaurant. Make no mistake though, I highly recommend Whataburger to anyone lucky enough to be in its presence.

It’s fastfood. There aren’t any culinary masterpieces here. What you get will be fresh, taste good, and fill you up. I have only ever eaten here for breakfast, but I’m a fan. If you have to go the fast food route, Whataburger is a tasty option. Not healthy, for sure but tasty.

After exiting the bathroom, I noticed quite a few flies hanging out in that area. Off-putting, but not the end of the world. While ordering, I noticed well over a dozen flies swarming all over the menu. I then noticed even more, dozens throughout the whole restaurant. What tipped the scales and forced me to cancel the order was the dead fly on the food prep counter less than a foot away from a half-assembled burger. Canceled my order and walked out. I get that flies and other little things happen in the world of fast food, but there’s a line.

I ordered the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit for $ 2.19. The Chicken was very good. The Biscuit was overflowing with Honey and Butter, it was pure heaven! This Drive Thru has one of the best Country Breakfast items I have ever eaten.

Food quality is consistent and good but sometimes a bit slower on the drive thru.
