I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering, but they have changed from .net to . Very expensive, and the items do not fit as stated. The packaging may even have two different pictures of what type of couch or chair they fit, as in the case of the ones sent me, which did not fit my chair and sofa type at all, despite assurances by customer service that they would. Then several weeks AFTER I ordered(which I wanted in time for Christmas), they sent an email saying it wouldn’t be in til the end of January. When it arrived, the items didn’t fit. I called to ask for a refund, and was told they don’t give refunds, only exchanges. And, the catch is, you have to place a second order, and then trust them to credit you when they receive the items back! They also said that they would send me by email a mailing label to return the first products. Days later, I am still waiting for that. I think I got scammed again by them…

Gosh, wish I had read the previous review. It’s impossible to place a clean order from this company. Signed up for the 10% discount by submitting my email but never received the coupon code. When I called customer service to get the 10% discount applied, the woman acknowledged she was a senior citizen and seemed more interested in chatting than expediting my order, as if I had all morning to chat. After finally getting the code and submitting my order online, I’ve not received an email confirmation. When I commented on that, they said it could take a couple days, as if that’s normal. What day and age do they live in? That very afternoon, I receive an email for a 20% discount off any order, so when I called back to apply that discount, the lady sighed very audibly on the phone and then retorted that I already had a 10% discount. I pointed out that having spent OVER $ 300, proper customer service would apply the 20% discount. She simply said that since my original order had 10% off, they would apply the additional 10% upon shipping. Still no email confirmation. This company is very poorly run and seems pretty ignorant about how online commerce operates. Now I’m going to have to keep calling back to get my 10% discount that they promised over the phone when the item ships. Sigh…

I placed an order on but did not receive any tracking information so I called customer service and was told that one of the items was on back order but was in now and would ship in the morning. Two days later I called back because I still had no tracking information and was told my item was on back order until the end of July but that they did not have a live feed so they do not know how many orders are in front of me. Do not order from this company, they take your money but have no idea when something is in stock and do not email any information about your order also supervisors will not come on the phone and when I cancelled my order I was told that no order cancellation notice will be sent and I am still waiting for the credit back on my credit card!
