Capital HVAC Services

So I was a little concerned with the fact that this company did not have any reviews.
They came out, did their assessment. Showed me all of the lovely things wrong with my AC unit (its 26 years old, not exactly rocket science as to why its not working and needs replacing.) and then wrote me their assessment (needs replacing) and left.
They were both very courteous/​professional. I would recommend them for assessments and If my warranty service allows me to chose my replacement company, I have no reason not to pick them for them job.

I bought a new condo and got a home warranty– lucky for me as not two weeks after closing, the AC system went. The home warranty company sent out three different providers, all of which agreed what the issue was, but none knew how to fix it. Enter the fourth company– Capital HVAC services. As soon as they were assigned my case they called me up. Much to happiness (we’d been without AC for two weeks at this point), they knew exactly where my complex was and were familiar with the unit I have (AC/​Heat Magic Pak unit). They even sent a guy out Sunday morning to assess the situation so we could get right on fixing it Monday morning after talking with the warranty company. They even offered to replace just the AC component instead of the entire unit to save me money unlike some companies who try to take advantage and tell you they need to take out the whole thing. Within 3 days, they helped me get authorized with my warranty company (who actually authorized a complete system replacement) and I am now enjoying a brand new unit. They were respectful of my belongings, didnt leave a huge mess and walked me through how everything worked and what they were doing. Would definitely recommend!

I recently had a heater pump that died. I called my home warranty company and they suggested Capital HVAC Services.
I have a trust issue with HVAC services though Mohammed was knowledgable and was able to pinpoint the issue immediately.
This past weekend Capital Services installed and clean my furnace. They showed me every and walked me through the whole process. My furnace is old (over 30 plus years old) but they cleaned the motor and I think I can salvage the heater mechanism for another season at best.
Expect to pay good money though you will have the job done correctly the first time.
