Family Air Heating & Cooling

Our A/​C was blowing heat, so I called Family Air based on some neighbor referrals. Warren walked me though a few steps to see if I could fix it myself. I couldn’t, so I called back and his guys came out the day I called. Turns out it was a simple fix, so they were in and out. In today’s world, I appreciate the honesty of a company like this. Our system is old and they easily could have added all sorts of charges like I am sure some companies out there do. I am glad to know these guys are here for when we are ready to replace the system.

A/​C went out yesterday (one of the hottest days of the year), called Warren, he came right over. AC up and running by noon. THANKS. I would recommend Family Air to anyone, not only for their service, but honesty.

Customer service are excellent. I call Warren on Monday and he said to call again Thursday morning to see if he can fit my appointment in. Call in that morning and he said he will be in before noon and he is right on with time. His service charge and equipment is also better than a few other company I call. My compressor is old and instead of trying to get me to replace the unit he give me a few tips on how to upkeep the unit to extend it life. He also explain to me what was wrong with unit and what he was fixing. This is a small company that I feel I can rely on.

A local, honest and prompt company. Warren chages fair prices for excellent and skilled services. We’ve been using him for years and would never consider anyone else. He is heroic when the heat goes off in a cold snap, he’s out saving the day quickly. Five stars.

What a small world! I meant to post this before after my top of the line Carrier heat pump went down in December. I had R&B and Washington Gas here, a long story, Washington Gas admitted when the put the new gas line in it was set for maximum of 10 psi which caused my heat pump to burn out. AFTER living without heat while trying to find an HONEST and reputable heating and a/​c company, friend said try Family Air Heating and Cooling. I called Warren up, he and and his crew were here in 24 hours, he lives near here in the Belle Haven area. They had a brand new Bryant heat pump installed, fixed the humidifier within five hours. Interestingly, enough, Warren the owner of the company came here himself, and we found out that he also was the founder of the local hot rod «meet’ at the Hollin Hall Shopping center which meets on the first Sunday of the month.
The price was incredibly reasonably and I cannot thank Family Air enough for their trustworthy service and timely service. I would recommend them to my own mother!
