Latisha’s Home Daycare

So I have been on an extensive search through the DMV area looking for child care, that fits my expectations and my budget, and I have found exactly that. I am quite particular when it comes to my child (which any parent is) I was a little skeptical at first because there were no recent reviews. Well I am deciding to change that. I LOVE Latisha, she welcomed me and my family with open arms and made us feel so comfortable. She didn’t turn up her nose to me still breast feeding, she wasn’t overly expensive and tedious on every little thing and she is very accommodating. She didn’t even mine me constantly texting her to check in on my daughter. She is literally a dream come true. I really feel comfortable leaving my daughter in her care (if you know me you would know that is a big thing). I now recommend her to every one I see with children.

My 16 month old son has been going to Latisha’s since he was six weeks old. I can’t say enough good things about Latisha and her wonderful assistant Anuja. Not only does she have the most reasonable rates that I found in Northern Virginia, she has an absolute love for the children in her care. She has welcomed my son into her home with open arms and has treated me like family. She and I worked together through his transitions and he has gone seamlessly from bottle to sippy cup and from two naps down to one. She has also helped me feel more confident as a working mom and has given me great tips to help with napping and meal times at home. My son leaps out of my arms into Tisha or Anuja’s arms every morning and loves his time there. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Tisha’s Daycare. We love it!

My 18 month old son has been going to Latisha’s for a couple months now and I can’t say enough good things about our experience so far. She is very open and responsive to parents’ concerns and I can’t believe how SWEET the kids are! She must have the right touch because they all seem to play together so nicely and were so welcoming and accepting of us. Her rates are very reasonable. Her home seems very safe, there is a good variety of toys for the kids to play with. I don’t worry about him when he’s with Latisha and her assistants.
